In-Flight Nightmare—U.S. Airways Plane Grounded By Sick Passengers and Crew

It was the movie “Airplane!” come to life.

Sixteen people, fourteen passengers and two crew members, simultaneously began vomiting on a U.S. Airways plane from Israel to Philadelphia on Friday, forcing the pilot to make an emergency stop in Rome.

Various news reports identified a foul odor in the cabin, which caused the domino effect of illness.

“The aircraft landed safely and all passengers were placed on other flights,” airline spokeswoman Martha Thomas told NBC News. The afflicted passengers were rushed to the closest hospital. An AFP report said the sick passengers suffered from both red eyes and nausea.

The cause of the odor remains under investigation.

  1. Uh, bad babe. Slide a piece o’ the porter, drink side on the java.
Mm, gimme grease on the chompum, drag it through the garden.

Favorite comedy. Seen it too many times. Obviously;)

    1. It WAS coming from isrealhell and if they were nothing but cheesies it would be no surprise for them to be sacrificed to further an agenda.

      1. Did you notice? I posted the first ‘Ebola’ article I’ve seen for a while (since the riots started, no new cases. Mere coincidence, I’m sure) Guess what?

        THERE’S A CURE!!! 😯

        1. Ha! 🙂 Must be and thank God they’re working feverishly on a vaccine. I’ve run into very few people who bought the Ebola hoax but they’ll probably still forget that they didn’t believe it and still line up for the damn shot. Terminally stupid. :/

          1. Actually, I am somewhat taken aback (lol, how often do you here that one). I didn’t expect a ‘cure’ quite this soon.

I figured they’d kill a million or two “useless eaters” (THEIR term, not mine) before ‘discovering’ a ‘cure’.

Freakin’ bast@rds aren’t always COMPLETELY predictable, are they.
