Super post, Mary! Agree 1000%! And before this abomination was George HW Bush’s abomination about forcing Social Security Numbers on newborns born in hospitals. THAT is why we had our daughter at home in 1992 (fortunately, my hubby is a paramedic whom had delivered babies before), when I was 40 years old. And then we homeschooled both kids.
Thank you God for this nurse, and hopefully, many more like her.

We did not put your comment in spam, I don’t want to sound paranoid, but I suspect either Izzy Blatzenstein or Winston Chow. Their time is running out and they know it and I’m sure the harassment is only going to escalate.
We are experiencing phone harassment on our unpublished phone number that we have had for 20 years, I believe to try and trick us into changing our phone number, so that it does not match the phone number on the filing. We also received in the mail a credit card application for the BUSINESS From the Trenches World Report. We have gotten lots of credit card applications sent to us in our private capacity, but this is the first time we have gotten one for the website. From the Trenches is not a business, never has been, never will be. But like I said, we are dealing with the sleaziest trash to ever draw air and I’m sure they will read this comment. It is not going to work, I stand on my rights and they are guilty of treason and that is an indisputable fact. The Mandamus is correct.

Anyone remember the ‘slippery slope’ spoken about back in the day when the abortion issue was a red hot topic? Now here we are at infanticide……the next step will be to legalize the murder of children up to the age of three…. NO, THIS CANNOT STAND!

Where will this all go? We know we don’t want the state making decisions about our life choices, but this is about a separate individual who is fully born, cord cut. So it doesn’t hold up any more when a woman says, “Don’t mess with my body,” because once the cord is cut the BABY is no longer her body.
Interesting… When a pregnant woman is shot dead and her baby dies, they call it a double-homicide. Two separate individuals.
Once we get back to The Common Law, I believe sanity will return and all things like this will be ironed out without infringement. But who the hell could kill a newborn?
