The endless talk of covenants and the encyclopedia Britannica known as legal terminology never ceases. Endless argument about which is right and wrong, the proper definitions for “people” or “property,” what really is “legal jurisdiction” and who has it or does not and when. What no one stops to think about is how this is enslaving us; the very fact anyone WOULD pick up let alone HAVE to pick up such books in order to defend their right to simply be left alone or because no one really knows what the word “people” means shows how far gone we are.
If we truly want to be free as a people we must do what should have been done in the 1700’s… Throw out or burn all these legal books and “covenant” law books or anything of the sort and just let words mean what they really do to US… The PEOPLE. Take the word benders and twisters and hang them all or put them up against a wall without blindfolds for the instant we allow such things to exist someone else will say you do not exist and are merely an animal. Should anyone have the audacity to claim we need legal definitions of “property” and “people” we know who must die first, allowing them to get away with this has brought us to where we are. “To allow one crime to pass is to permit many more.” Hannibal was right, we allowed the horrific crime of word play to exist, to allow someone to decide that the words we use are not really words but “pig latin” while they in “law” speak the “true language” the “high gothic” if you will versus the dreg the peasants spew.
If we allow our very language to be gutted like this, for there to be two languages within a language, one superseding the other then we will never solve anything, they will just pick right back up where they left off and do it again. By banning such atrocities we have a chance, by forbidding the use of two separate languages, by forcing only ONE common language that rules all do the PEOPLE have a chance for the PEOPLE are not all lawyers who have spent years learning to twist words. In so allowing the nation to have this double standard and muddying the very language we have set ourselves back centuries, not all of us have months or years to spend learning two languages and memorizing both for if we do not we will wind up incarcerated… That is a system of SLAVERY, USERY and TYRANNY the very things we are supposed to stand AGAINST. What of foreign powers who use such books and double languages? Well we simply do not deal with them. Ever. Period.
Many years ago when I was a kid a handful of folk and myself were allowed into the judges private room, two judges used it and had it turned into a library. Imagine a medium room crammed with nothing but books saying that “people” does not mean “people” but can mean anything they want it to depending on the day. He bragged to us about their collection of books before shuffling us off and remarking that this was only a FEW they could fit in the room for they had MANY more books they would like to stock all on the same subject. I still remember that room clearly and the smug look on this bastards face before he shuffled us off. How in the nine hells are us, the regular PEOPLE supposed to defend ourselves when they do nothing but write endless drudgery to use against us? Some will try and harp about legal fictions, covenants or who knows what else they will drag out next but the question remains. The answer is we have not a snowballs chance in hell, we have not dedicated our entire LIVES to reshaping words, George Orwell even told us outright in his book 1984 about this.
Only by destroying their work, saving some of it as an example of tyranny to teach children what NEVER to allow… Only then do we have a chance, by burning off their books, wiping the slate clean, never allowing covenants, legal fictions or anything else to muddy the water do we stand a chance, it must all BURN. By FORCING our one simple language to be the norm for ALL things, no more double languages can we have a system that is truly free. Either it says PEOPLE meaning US or the word is not there, no more of this: “well it says p-e-o-p-l-e but well… It doesn’t really mean PEOPLE it means THE CHOSEN because only THEY are PEOPLE, you are but an ANIMAL owned by the state.”
Thus is how we have been enslaved, either follow the Bill of Rights or get the hell out. We are neutral as a people in law, we all leave each other alone and if not we have common law to solve the issue, we do not need special courts with special laws and VERY “special” languages. Such should be the HIGHEST affront to our very being, a mockery to us, fighting words, HANGING words. No religion to govern it, for we are based on Roman and Greek systems but at the same time are not based on ANYTHING. We were unique once, the only nation to ever take the concept of freedom and run with it, to create a body of laws that basically strip the government of power and hand it to the people. Religion was not allowed and we must NEVER allow it, it has NO PLACE in our law unless it is to ENSLAVE us like it still does most of the world.
The constitution is a contract binding the government and the Bill of Rights a blanket statement that the people are free and to be left alone; it even goes on to state our need to be armed to maintain a free state. If anyone does not believe the constitution is a contract then I give you what Thomas Jefferson said:
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with inherent and inalienable rights; that among these, are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed; that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles, and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.” –Declaration of Independence as originally written by Thomas Jefferson, 1776.

I leave you to think on the extent of far fallen we truly are and the extent of government destruction of our rights and freedoms. We are a usurped nation where the Constitution and Bill of Rights exists only in memory; communism has taken over completely but left the old paint on the walls to hide the torture chambers behind them. Thus people continue to argue about how it is still there and we need only go to court and fight using their books of twisted words and definitions. As was once stated the reason communism (socialism) is so viciously successful in taking over is they do not remove the paint, they leave everything LOOKING like it should but instead go BEHIND and toil to undo nations and people. Only when it is your turn on the butchers block do you realize how old and thin the paint is and that it is merely a cover for them. For it goes up like smoke the moment you try and use it. Think on how many have been locked away and assassinated for thinking it still exists. It exists only in our hearts and minds now, that is why they prepare to kill us all, for an idea can only end on this world when you are dead in a ditch. Go ask some Russians about that. Oh right, the Gulags and Cheka took care of those that thought otherwise.

Unfortunately, the younger folk have been so thoroughly brainwashed they don’t know what words mean, let alone spelling them.

“Constitutional Scholars”, as Obummer claims to be, are the professional word twisters trying to pry communism into our way of life. It’s ridiculous. Look how long it’s been and we still don’t know what the definition of the word “is” is. I don’t care how they slice it, the Bill of Rights is impregnable. It’s words and intent cannot be misinterpreted. “Constitutional Scholars” are traitors. Don’t be tryin’ to twist the words in our founding documents. It can’t be done.

Words are just words. Words won’t save you. They never have. The world turns when steel meets flesh and bone. The way of the sword is the only real way. It is the only instrument of change. Both a destroyer and creator. A liberator and enslavor. It is the man behind the curtain that hides behind words that are veiled as security. It is the tool wielded by tyrants that we know is there but not to be spoken of. Until we take it up in our own hands and wield it, without words, without regret and without pause for social prejudice, we will remain slaves. The sword is just a sword, our hands are our enslavor and our liberators. It matters not what the tyrant hand does, it matters only if our own hand remains inactive or strikes with the sword. We can cry day and night of the injustice in the world and it will deliver us nowhere. When words are no longer enough we will raise our hands gripping swords and free ourselves.
Excellent article, Vekar, and it makes a very important point; people only twist the definitions of words to make lies become truth. There’s no other reason for doing it. Any language exists to convey ideas, and any twisting of the definitions of words can only muddy the waters. Deceit can by the only motivation for doing so.
As for religion entering our government, I think the founders of this nation were very clear on that point, and in fact, founded this nation just to escape that illegitimate control over the population, and their personal affairs.

I had never heard of “covenant law” before the caller on last night’s show mentioned it, and there’s no reason I should have. Our Constitution and Bill of Rights are written in plain English, and they mean exactly what they say. We don’t need lawyers or popes to interpret it for us, and THAT was the intent of the founders.
