PFLUGERVILLE, Texas – A serial bomber whose family describes him as shrouded in mysterious “darkness” left a 25-minute video confession on his cellphone, claiming responsibility for murder and creating widespread panic.

Austin Police Chief Bryan Manley said law enforcement recovered the confession made by Mark Anthony Conditt while scouring through his possessions. At the same time, another lawsuit has been brought against the company, the second since the New York Times and the Observer reported over the weekend that the company had failed to stop CA from using data improperly gathered from tens of millions of users, a Maryland woman sued Facebook Tuesday in a San Jose, Calif. court. A federal cabinet minister says a directive to Service Canada agents telling them to use gender-neutral language — such as ‘parent’ instead of ‘mother’ or ‘father’ — when speaking to the public was badly worded and will be corrected.
