This is the unbelievable moment three police officers allowed a K9 dog to maul a man’s arm while they held him, face down, on the side of the street.

The suspect arrested in San Diego, California, was left with a large open wound after the dog pounced on him and brutally bit him – as officers didn’t utter a single command word to stop the attack.

Chinese troops have been deployed to the country’s first overseas military base, in Djibouti on the Horn of Africa. Beijing says the base will be used for logistical purposes, such as resupplying ships taking part in peacekeeping and humanitarian missions.

ITTA BENA, Miss. (AP) — The Latest on the deadly military plane crash in Mississippi (all times local): 10:40 a.m. A Marine spokesman says a Navy corpsman and 15 Marines were killed in when a military plane crashed in rural Mississippi as it was headed from North Carolina to California.

Marine Corps Maj. Andrew Aranda says Tuesday that the flight of the KC-130T originated Monday from Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina. WASHINGTON (AP) — The nation’s top law enforcement agency will continue operating out of its deteriorating downtown Washington headquarters for the foreseeable future after the federal government announced Tuesday it had scrapped a decade-long plan to look for a new building in Maryland or Virginia.

The General Services Administration, which oversees federal office space, said it does not have enough money to move forward on a new location. PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A busload of police cadets was brought in Tuesday to help search a large farm for four missing men believed to be victims of foul play as a prosecutor described a man held on an unrelated gun charge as a person of interest in the investigation.

Bucks County District Attorney Matthew Weintraub said bail was set at a $1 million Monday for Cosmo DiNardo, whose family owns the farmland and another property that was searched, because he was considered a flight risk. A federal grand jury has indicted a Douglas-based Border Patrol agent on suspicion of lying to law enforcement and concealing funds from authorities.

Oscar Cornejo, 39, was charged with making false statements during a background check, concealing $500,000 from creditors, and structuring $70,000 he deposited into Mexican bank accounts to avoid detection by federal authorities.

WASHINGTON – House Majority Whip Steve Scalise has been released from the Intensive Care Unit but remains in serious condition and is still being treated with antibiotics for an infection.

Fewer young men in the US want to get married than ever, while the desire for marriage is rising among young women, according to the Pew Research Center.

Pew recently found that the number of women 18-34 saying that having a successful marriage is one of the most important things rose from 28 percent to 37 percent since 1997. MUSKEGO, Wis. — A Franklin man was issued a $500 fine last month for mowing the grass at a cemetery where two Civil War soldiers are buried.

Muskego Police responded to Luther Parker Cemetery June 20 and found 64-year-old Jordan Wenzel Sr. of Franklin mowing. ST. JAMES, Minn. (AP) — A Minnesota man who shot and killed a suspected burglar was sentenced Tuesday to 90 days in jail by a judge who said the homeowner opened fire “out of fear and maybe some stupidity.”

On Tuesday, attorney Matt Gonzalez suggested blame for Kathy Steinle’s death rests with a SIG Sauer handgun rather than serial deportee and felon Juan Francisco Lopez Sanchez.

Sanchez is accused of shooting and killing Steinle with a stolen SIG Sauer handgun on San Francisco’s Pier 14 on July 1, 2015. Days after Steinle’s death, Breitbart News reported that Sanchez was a “five-time deportee” and a “seven-time convicted felon.”

A Mexican woman was left dangling on a border wall and had to be rescued by US officials after being abandoned by smugglers.

The 37-year-old was pictured hanging helplessly in a harness on the 15ft wall after being hoisted over from Mexico, over into Nogales, Arizona, by smugglers on Saturday night.
