JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM) has agreed to sell 1 Chase Manhattan Plaza, the tower built by David Rockefeller, to Fosun International Ltd., the investment arm of China’s biggest closely held industrial group, for $725 million.

When it all comes down, here are some rules of survival to govern all areas of your post apocalyptic life: 

1. Avoid other people: Establish a base camp away from populated areas. People are loud, noisy and in times of stress they will have no problem stealing your food/wife/water/weapons/clothes.

2. Have an escape plan. Your camp may become overrun, so you need a back-up. A safe haven to slip away to. This must be known by no more than 3 people for sake of security. David Carlson later shot and killed New Hempstead resident Norris Acosta-Sanchez with a 12-gauge shotgun when he showed up on Carlson’s property Oct. 11. Washington DC – -(Ammoland.com)-  In a bid to fight against criminal and gang possession of firearms on the street, Illinois state rep. Mike Zalewski (D-21st Dist.) is set to propose legislation that essentially labels all firearm possession outside the home illegal.

This measure—HB 2265—does not differentiate between possession by law-abiding citizens and possession by criminals or gang members. The 37-year-old offender was sent to the morgue, after he had hung for 12 minutes in the loop. The next day, morgue employees discovered that the man, who was officially pronounced dead, continued to breathe.
