NEWARK, N.J. — A defense attorney who once had a roster of celebrity clients and boasted of having tried hundreds of cases in federal court was sentenced there on Monday to life in prison without parole after his conviction on nearly two dozen counts including murder conspiracy and racketeering.

Finally, it seems like we have the attention of some of the members of Congress.  As the result of an enormous outcry, the Senate voted down the rider that was recently approved by the House of Representatives.  The rider would have continued Big Biotech’s immunity against prosecution resulting from their toxic farming practices and questionable crops.

The recent theft of massive amounts of highly sensitive U.S. military equipment from Libya is far worse than previously thought, Fox News has learned, with raiders swiping hundreds of weapons that are now in the hands of militia groups aligned with terror organizations and the Muslim Brotherhood.

The equipment, as Fox News previously reported, was used for training in Libya by U.S. Special Forces. Last year, Twitter announced that it would start using its knowledge of your internet browsing habits to better recommend people to follow on Twitter. That’s a step beyond the approach of Facebook, which claims its “like” buttons are never used for tracking. GRNC has just learned that the shopping-cart-gateway provider, Authorize.Net(a subsidiary of CyberSource), is refusing to continue providing services to Hyatt Guns, a large North Carolina-based gun shop that also has a sizable online presence. In late August, management at Hyatt Guns was disappointed and perplexed to receive a notice explaining that the store was in violation of Authorize.Net’s “acceptable use” policy. We had believed, along with a number of others, that the Snowden leaks showing how the NSA was spying on pretty much everyone would likely kill CISPA dead.
