Consider why this happened – at the Concord kicking off the American Revolution (which was against tyranny – the Constitution affords the rights and recourse to prevent and or remove tyranny).
The British were moving to seize the powder supplies at Concord & Lexington – the Americans rallied to stop them when The Shot Heard Around The World happened.
