Marcus Tillius Cicero (106 BC – 43 BC) was a Roman philosopher, orator, political theorist, politician, and lawyer. The full Cicero quote is on the feature picture, but this is the specific statement of focus for this article:
He [the traitor] rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist.
IMO, that’s pretty much where we are. We are living in a nation whose soul is rotting. The real goodness of the people – character that develops from a moral foundation is gone. It has been replaced by the commercial “goodness” of non-profits and their never ending pursuit of money to do good – mostly just making a nice living for themselves, friends and relatives. In this society, money is the only good.
Our body politic was infected in 1976 when the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE) – also known as the U.S. Helsinki Commission was authorized in Public Law 94-304. 22 U.S.C 3001-3009
This Commission which appears to this writer to violate the separation of power doctrine, is listed as a committee/commission of Congress but it is considered an agency of government so we have members of Congress acting as an agency of government leading a corrupt foreign policy operation that is building a system of international law in collusion with a foreign organization. It may have been authorized in law, but it is a cancer that has metastasized.

The CSCE is an agency of the executive branch and with sitting members of congress tasked to oversee implementation of the Helsinki Final Act, an agreement with the eastern bloc, communist countries. The CSCE has been a direct pipeline to legislative process to propose and pass laws to turn this country into the disaster of an emerging, communist, regional territory in model of the old East Germany and Soviet Union.
The situation in which we, Americans find ourselves fighting for the soul of our nation has been an evolving and growing problem since the end of World War II, the division of Germany and Berlin which led to the building of the Berlin Wall – symbolic of the division between east and west.
In 1965, President Lyndon Baines Johnson appointed John W. Gardner to be the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare (HEW). Gardner was a social engineer from the Carnegie Corporation. He is considered to be the Architect of the Great Society. The Great Society was the collective name for what was undoubtedly the largest social engineering project the world has even seen.
The next year – 1966, the staff of President Lyndon Baines Johnson began working with the staff of the Kremlin to form a partnership for harmonization and transformation – realignment of the Soviet systems of “governance” and the American systems of “governance” in preparation for the eventual one-world, totalitarian system of “governance” – under an international system of law and behind the cover of mainstream media propaganda.
The social partnership between the U.S. and Soviet Union was named the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA). The purpose was to have American and Soviet scientists working together to formulate programs and strategies to bring the east and west together through social engineering. The IIASA was formally chartered in London in 1972. Not coincidentally, the same year that Nixon began the arms reduction talks with the Soviets ending in an agreement that was called SALT I. Another thing that happened in 1973 was:
“In March 1973, the G–10 approved an arrangement wherein six members of the European Community tied their currencies together and jointly floated against the U.S. dollar, a decision that effectively signaled the abandonment of the Bretton Woods fixed exchange rate system in favor of the current system of floating exchange rates.”
Currencies of the west tied together supposedly to protect them from arbitrage (think George Soros) in the financial markets and who was the Secretary of the Treasury? John Connally of Texas – the same John Connally that was shot when JFK was assassinated.
The strategic planning for the New World Order becomes obvious with the benefit of hindsight. Lori Wallach, renowned expert on U.S. Trade Agreements, credits Richard Nixon with the concept of fast track “to seize power from Congress”. Of course, the problem with that theory is that it is Congress that writes legislation and votes on legislation and the majority in Congress at that time were Democrats. The President only signs it – and it wasn’t even Nixon that signed it into law, it was Gerald Ford on January 3, 1975. But aside from that little bit of political distortion, Lori has the best information on trade policy anywhere. The following is from the Public Citizen website – globalization and trade section:
1. Since 1974, 16 of the most damaging U.S. trade pacts, including NAFTA and the WTO, were negotiated and passed using an extreme procedure called “Fast Track.” When Richard Nixon was president, he cooked up Fast Track to seize power from Congress. The U.S. Constitution gives Congress exclusive authority to “regulate commerce with foreign nations” (Art. I-8). Fast Track was a mechanism that delegated away to the executive branch Congress’ authority to control the contents of U.S. trade pacts, as well as other important powers. Fast Track empowered executive branch trade negotiators, advised by more than 600 official trade advisors who mostly represent large corporations, to choose trade partners and negotiate and sign trade pacts, all before Congress voted. Once signed, Fast Track put such deals on a legislative luge run: no matter how many domestic non-trade policies were implicated or threatened by the deal, Fast Tracked agreements hurtled through Congress within a set number of days, with normal democratic checks and balances iced over. Fast Track ensured that Congress’ role came too late to influence trade pacts’ contents: Congress only got a yes or no vote after a pact was signed and “entered into.” That vote also OK’d hundreds of changes to U.S. non-trade law to conform our policies to “trade” deal terms. Federalism was also flattened by Fast Track via a form of international pre-emption: state officials had to conform local laws to expansive non-trade domestic policy restrictions in Fast Tracked “trade” pacts. State officials did not even get Congress’ cursory role.
The final piece of the puzzle that brings it all together is the Helsinki Final Act that was signed by Gerald Ford in 1975. The talks that led to the Helsinki Final Act were Phase II of the Nixon talks with the Soviet Union that ended with the SALT I agreement. Phase II began in 1973. Media propaganda says that the negotiations fell apart and SALT II was never signed. It’s this writer’s believe that there was never any intent for SALT II. Phase II of the talks were on economic and social issues for harmonization – and that they did not want the public to know that.
The Helsinki Final Act is the agreement that the Commission on Security and Co-operation in Europe (CSCE) aka the “Helsinki Commission” oversees. It was signed by Gerald Ford on August 1, 1975.
“July 26 – The President departs on his second trip to Europe — “a mission of peace and progress” — for visits to West Germany, Poland, Romania, and Yugoslavia, and to Helsinki to meet leaders of 34 other nations and sign the final act of the European Security Conference.”
That image was found on the Organization for Security and Co-Operation in Europe. The OSCE is the European counterpart for the Commission on Security and Co-Operation in Europe (CSCE). And I just noticed that the acronym CSCE for the Commission is the same as the original name of the European organization Conference on Security and Co-operation in Europe (CSCE). There is some fancy footwork there. It’s also interesting to note, that the OSCE has the date that the Helsinki Final Act was signed as July 31, 1975. The CSCE has the date as August 1, 1975.
On this OSCE webpage, scroll through the information. Near the bottom, you’ll see the history connecting the OSCE to the CSCE that is embedded within our Congress.
The Helsinki Final Act categorized areas of co-operation into three areas that they dubbed baskets. Sounds friendly doesn’t it? Those three areas pretty much cover the spectrum of human society on earth. Note: Co-operation is different than Cooperation.
Helsinki Baskets of Co-operation
The CSCE website describes this basket as being (modified for the reality of it):
…contains a Declaration of Principles Guiding Relations between participating States, including the all-important Principle VII on
human rights and fundamental freedoms. It also includes a section on confidence-building measures and other aspects of security and disarmament aimed at increasing military transparency.
This is the police state. This is what our military is doing in the Middle East. They are training military cops while they are training our own military to be military cops and our local cops to be military cops. In the one-world totalitarian system, militaries to fight other nation states won’t be needed. That’s why cops are being militarized and globalized. They will control the disarmed masses – at least according to the plan.
Another thing that’s being done is that intelligence agencies are being merged, judicial systems are being merged and “security systems” – surveillance, data collection, sensors, etc. are being merged. This is a horizontal re-organization in which these agencies of government are being re-engineered across national boundaries to serve the totalitarian global system.
Once all the agencies of government have been re-organized horizontally, our government will collapse.
The CSCE website describes this basket:
…covers economic, scientific, technological and environmental cooperation, as well as migrant labor, vocational training and the promotion of tourism.
The Universities have been tasked as “developers of the community for work” to serve business. Our schools including K-12 are being turned into vocational education. A system has been designed for international certification of all professions and trades. The so-called shortages of labor in the United States for which mass importation of foreign workers will supposedly remedy, is really because of the certification system. They neglected to tell Americans that they would need a certification to scrub a toilet in the future. The stealth implementation of a global system of certification is what allowed Indians imported on H-1b visas to take over our IT sector.
The replacement of Americans in our labor market serves two purposes. It allows training of foreign workers for a modernized economy – and it has destroyed the middle class of America. It’s the middle class that holds a country together. If you destroy the middle class, it destroys the country which is the intention. The globalists will rebuild on the ashes of what America was.
This basket is under the control of business. The globalization of business was facilitated by laws such as the foreign trade zones, World Trade Organization rules that given foreign businesses national treatment – except better because foreign businesses can sue to break down our environmental and safety (food, work, etc.) laws. They also enabled supply chain organization which was the dis-aggregation of large corporations into small units that can be distributed to provide jobs globally as well as to prevent any country from regulating them and/or taking them down. That structure also allows the corporations to use free and subsidized labor under the guise of training and education and for certain industries like Big Pharma is serves as liability protection for when they injure people once the genetic engineering (personalized medicine) really gets rolling in the laboratories of the budding Dr. Mengele’s at the universities and local compounding pharmacies.
The CSCE website describes this basket as:
devoted to cooperation in humanitarian and other fields: freer movement of people; human contacts, including family reunification and visits; freedom of information, including working conditions for journalists; and cultural and educational exchanges. Principle VII and Basket III together have come to be known as the “Human Dimension.”
This is the socialist/communist insurgency. They are the change agents that descend on a community. They include the freaks with rings in their nose who demand equal rights, the LGBT community, the UN NGOs, the church ladies who deposit “refugees” into our communities with cultures so different that they don’t fit in the community – but are useful disrupters of the community, the dadaists who engage in street theatre for socialist purposes and the “journalists” who follow them to document the public reaction to scenarios that are then used as justification for changes to the society that coincide with the globalist agenda for societal transformation.
This is why the trade agreements never benefited our country. They were not intended to benefit our country. They were designed to destroy our economy and to build up the socialist programs to make people dependent so that the social engineers behind this entire scheme could try yet another major social engineering experiment as they did with the colonies; with Russia; and with Germany. So who are these psychopathic social engineers? The Foundations: Carnegie, Rockefeller, Ford and other lesser Foundations. Those Foundations are for this country – but the system of “charitable foundations” dates back to Roman Times. In the modern era, the system of Foundations links back to the City of London and The Statute of Charitable Uses 43 Elizabeth I, 1601.
House of Representatives member Eugene Cox was on their trail in 1952 when he held hearings on the Un-American Activities of the tax exempt Foundations. He died unexpectedly just as their final report was about to be made public. House Member B. Carroll Reese picked up the first committee’s work and wrapped it up with nothing happening as a result of the two hearings but in today’s world, tracing the treason of these Foundations and the connections to the source is a relatively simple matter with just a little perseverance and attention to history, strategic planning, positioning and the geometry of the game of pool.
If one draws nothing else from everything above, it should be clear that it doesn’t matter who we elect because the elected puppet controls nothing. The master puppeteers are driving the agenda. It doesn’t have to be that way – but it will stay that way until people recognize who the real power is behind the curtain and how they are operating.
