I can’t watch the video, so I don’t know anything about “large skulled, blue-eyed beings”, and I thought the “other species” mentioned in the text was an allegory for the Jews.
I don’t know what this woman is talking about, but based on the comments made by people who apparently did see the video, it sounds like something I’m not going to believe until I see proof.
In short, I’m going to have to retract what I said, and defer comment until I know more, but if I had to guess, at this point I’d say this woman is a shill with a BS shovel.

I understand the need to “get the word out”, and I’ve been doing so for a dozen years, but it’s of the utmost importance to get the proper word out, and not repeat anything nonsensical.
A common propaganda technique used by our adversaries is to publish crazy stories and theories in the alternative news, wait a week or two for the BS to circulate, and then mock the stupidity in the mainstream news.
This makes us all look like idiots in the eyes of the general public, and reinforces the notion that we should all be ignored, so it’s very important that you can confirm and verify your facts before you “get the word out” anywhere.
Now that I”m hearing about a “large skulled, blue-eyed” people that belong to a different species and walk among us, this is sounding more and more like the type of “Bigfoot” story that will be used to discredit us all, and since it’s coming from someone who worked for the World Bank, we need to be very careful here, and very suspicious.

She is correct according to what I learned back in 1998. With an IQ of 150, I don’t think these (negative) beings are capable of being captured. They’ve always been here and DO walk among us and infiltrate every government entity on this planet. They are jealous of the Homo Sapien race which is why there are so many depopulation programs.
