Sheriffs have risen up all over our great nation to stand up against the unconstitutional gun control measures being taken.
The following is a list of sheriffs and state sheriff’s associations from who have vowed to uphold and defend the Constitution against Obama’s unlawful gun control measures. I applaud these public servants for their courage and conviction.
I call on sheriffs all over this nation to add their voices to the growing numbers of faithful protectors of our freedom. -Richard Mack
Sheriffs and associations who have made public statements committing to protect their citizens’ 2nd Amendment rights from Obama’s gun control efforts will be added. Some of these sheriffs are members of the CSPOA, but inclusion in this list does not necessarily mean they are a member.

LIST OF COUNTY SHERIFFS
Disclaimer: While we encourage all sheriffs, their departments and peace officers to join CSPOA, the above list was created to identify those county sheriffs who have gone on record to uphold their oath by having made public statements, written open letters or called our office and asked to be included in the list of sheriffs and peace officers standing against gun control. This DOES NOT mean they are members of the CSPOA

Glad to see my counties sheriffs name on the list.
My Fellow Patriots:
This is a good showing of disdain by Sheriffs for our treasonous gov’t.
Word Of Caution: For some of these Sheriffs,.. what they offer up is little more than a token gesture of lip-service resistance and in the end,.. will do pretty much as Washington-DC instructs.
For others,.. this a political ploy to garner more favoritism ($$$$) from DC.
And yet for others, this is their few minutes in the media spotlight.
Although I am sure some of these Sheriffs will refuse to comply to the dictates of DC,.. the fact is,.. they have ALL already been doing so by upholding the thousands, if not tens of thousands of Un-Constitutional laws.
What Un-Constitutional laws they decide to suddenly NOT up hold remains to yet be seen.
In other words,.. NONE of them currently uphold the US Constitution if they violate any aspect of it, which they have all been doing for years.
Now lets talk about what this Prima-Facia Dog & Pony means:
These Sheriffs & Sheriff Associations are telling Washington, Ocrapo, and the traitors of the US Fed Gov’t (which is most of them),.. to go F’k themselves.
Well,… the one thing that these PIC (Pyschos-In-Charge) in DC don’t like, is ANYONE that tells them what to do, and people who refuse to obey what they think of as their God like commands.
I suspect you will see a move by our treasnous gov’t to eliminate the position of Sheriff and its Association thru a myriad of tricks,.. including having their dept’s simply “defunded”,.. as we are already starting to see.
We are already starting to see how “arresting authority” has already been removed from some depts.
The point is,… no matter what form of compliance refusal we try,.. they WILL utilize a method of circumventing us.
In the end,.. until we recognize this gov’t is no longer legitimate, and abolish it (arresting and convicting ALL the traitors and pyschos in and outside of this gov’t),.. we will NEVER be rid of their tyrannical overtures or relentless attempts at the complete subjugation of America,.. and the world.
We Americans are the Final-Stand against global tyranny,… and until we abolish, eliminate,.. exterminate the means, methods and persons responsible,…. we will NEVER be free.
JD – US Marines – Its not enough to recognize despotism,… it has to be destroyed right down to its root elements and persons of cause.
PS: Notice how there is not a SINGLE sheriff or Association from Nazi-Jersey on this list.
I couldn`t agree with ya more JD. these sheriffs are nothing more than a bunch of cheesy F`n flipflopers.
I agree with USMFT.
Before I can believe the Sheriffs dedication to upholding the 2nd A., they have to prove they can uphold the rest of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. They first have to stop Fed agencies and Bankers from taking your life’s time and property. They have to stop State policy enforcers and local policy enforcers from restricting your right to travel.
I don’t normally like the county sheriff here, but this decision makes me happy!! He made a commercial telling us to arm and protect ourselves because 911 isn’t a very good option
Never EVER call the cops.
They’ll only arrive AFTER you’ve been robbed, raped, or murdered.
Your 110% correct in my city the pigs aint shit
