The treasonous Tory dirt bag, Stuart Varney, said on FOX Business Wednesday that a new ADP report says the private sector added 217,000 jobs last month. So who is the ADP? Well it is a cartel of businessmen who run their own website.
I do believe that 217,000 jobs were created by private American businesses last month, in China, India, and South Korea. This is why, after making his announcement, Varney had to admit that the number he was putting forth was not reflected by the U.S. Department of Labor and Statistics.
The fact is we are losing hundreds of thousands of jobs every month and are indeed expected to lose three million in the public sector and another two million in the private. But guess what? The unemployment rate is supposed to go down, and yes it will, as the unemployment count is derived through calculating the number of people receiving unemployment benefits. When the long term unemployed become 99ers they are removed from the equation.
We are going to lose another six million jobs this year and the unemployment rate is going to drop to 7%, because hey, it is a natural fact that when people run out of unemployment it is because they stop looking for work. What a load of horse kaka.
As all of these things are happening the 99ers will continue to do nothing. Not all, but most. Between workouts, taking care of this site, and the online school I am attending, I put in about ten hours a day. Don’t get me wrong I am not complaining. The fact is I have to be doing something, as I cannot just sit idly by while my world is being destroyed.
In trying to find ways to organize the 99ers I have conversed with some of the best organizers in this country. All have told me the same thing, the problem with organizing the 99ers is that though they want to achieve, they are not willing to do the work. And in all truth this is exactly what I am seeing.
In Tuesday’s article I challenged all 99ers viewing this site to watch the informational documentary Zeitgeist III-Moving Forward. And then, using its content, go to every site and expose the truth as to the root cause of our problem. I did this for a reason as I had found the most simple, safe, and labor un-intensive way possible to attack and destroy the credibility of the mainstream propaganda machine.
How many people watched the documentary and went to work on the project? From what I see on this site, not a damn one. This is why we cannot get anywhere. Quite simply because nobody wants to do the work.
As I said earlier I work about ten hours a day, seven days a week and I am not making a dime. Think about it this way. If you would be willing to work for nothing, do you think you would have a problem in that nobody could find anything for you to do? I assure you, you would not and indeed this is another facet of the problem.
The fact is there is plenty of work to be done. It is just that as the gap between the haves and have-nots increases, there are less and less persons with the wealth to pay someone to work. It is indeed a self perpetuating degradation of the entire concept of a working society. And it is never going to change. Why? Because only a handful of us are willing to roll up our sleeves and do the work.
No matter how much I have on my plate, I try to make sure that at least one new article goes up on this site every day, for no other reason than to try to hold together the numbers that have united thus far.
If you read From the Trenches you know that when an unemployment extension is brought up people flock to this site. Not to see what they can do to make it happen, but rather to find out when they can expect a check. Once they see no extension is forthcoming, they go back to doing nothing more than waiting for the handful of us who are not afraid of the work to solve their problems for them.
And then after a little time has lapsed, and nothing seems to be going forward, they come to the site with their whining comments saying nothing is ever going to happen because no one is doing anything about it. Quite frankly this is pathetic.
I have a message for all of you out there who think someone needs to do something. You are someone. You are someone who wants somebody else to do the work while you sit back and wait for the benefit. I have to say there are probably about 2% of us trying to make a difference and the other 98% aren’t worth the powder it would take to blow their brains out.
One of our readers, Joey Duenas, created a music video designed to inspire our people to action. In short, he did something. There is a new page on From the Trenches. It will be for 99er videos. This can be a music video, and instructional video, or even a rant. Of course we are going to show some class, therefore there will be no filthy language involved. You know me, I’ll use a cuss word now and again and even a little profanity if I am really angry, and that is fine. Just keep it classy.
I tell all you 99ers out there 2% of us are not going to be able to fix this for you. So get off your lazy asses, become somebody and do something.
God bless the Republic, death to the international corporate mafia, we in the free coalition shall prevail.
