At Least 20 Victims Reported Down Amid Active Shooting Incident in San Bernardino: Police

KTLA

At least 20 victims were reported down after a report of an active shooter in San Bernardino late Wednesday morning, according to a San Bernardino Police Department official.

San Bernardino Fire Department initially tweeted that they were responding to a report of a “20-victim shooting.”

The call came in around 11 a.m. in the 1300 block of South Waterman Avenue, at the Inland Regional Center, according to San Bernardino police Lt. Rich Lawhead.

Police confirmed via a tweet sent around 11:30 a.m. that there was an active shooter still in the area of Orange Show Road / Waterman Avenue near Park Center Circle.

There were possibly one to three shooters, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department tweeted.

At least 20 victims have been reported down, but there might be more, according to Lawhead. He added the extent of their injuries was not immediately known.

The Sheriff’s Department warned people to avoid the area due to police activity.

A “hard closure” was in effect at Orange Show Road / Waterman Avenue and Park Center Circle in San Bernardino, the Sheriff’s Department tweeted.

A SWAT team is in the area.

  1. Here we go again. They are getting better at their productions, but still pretty fake looking scene. Only time will tell. Let the games begin.

  2. “SWAT officers were on the scene ensuring there was no active threat, he told KTLA, but he said he was not sure if a shooter or multiple shooters were still active.”

    Check with the FBI.

It’s probably one of THEIR ‘productions’.

  3. Apparently the ATF and FBI responded so quickly because, according to FoxNews, “They were very close by conducting a training exercise”.

Anybody seeing any blood at all in these photos of the victims?

Oh, and the shooters were wearing masks and tactical gear and left in a black yukon.

I wonder where the terrorists are?

    1. interesting, aren’t training exercises done with blank ammo…?

So, I guess they got the live ammo brought to scene pretty quickly….

if they were training with live ammo, that would be a public danger and there would have been foreknowledge of the training and it would have been released to the public, that is my understanding, of course they do what they want now…

      1. Well, I still haven’t seen pictures involving any blood at all. Just a bunch of people laying down surrounded by firefighters. But yes, easy to turn ammo on or off.

  4. Blue vests, traffic cones and tarps to “treat the injured” on site outside instead of evacuating to a hospital is usual m.o.

Nearest hospital is 13min away by NON emergency vehicle

BS Same as it ever was…

  5. My suspicion in this incident isn’t that the shooting was staged, but that government agents did it. I’m thinking of something like Operation Northwoods.

Staging something like this would be very risky, with too many unknowns, too many chances to screw up, and too many people required to be in on the scheme (all first responders, all hospital and ambulance staff, etc.). Just one random passer-by who saw and filmed something he wasn’t supposed to see would let the cat out of the bag.

However, given that the shooter(s) here apparently didn’t commit suicide or fight to the death as terrorists generally do, and given the possibility of multiple shooters in an apparently senseless attack, there is reason to suspect Operation Northwoods-style government involvement.

It’s too early to tell, of course. I guess we’ll find out more soon.
