CONETOE, NC -A hunter in Bertie County shoots and kills a 500-pound wild hog.
The massive animal didn’t stand a chance against veteran hunter Jett Webb’s .308 caliber rifle.

Individuals in Mexican military uniforms drew their guns on a U.S. border agent earlier this year after having crossed the southwestern border into Arizona, a U.S. senator claimed, raising concerns once again that Mexican officials are illegally crossing into the U.S. and, worse, potentially aiding the drug cartels.
The incident described by Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Okla., would appear to be one of dozens over the past decade where Mexican military and law enforcement officers have crossed into U.S. territory. Most are presumed to be accidental, but they also raise the possibility that Mexican military members — or individuals posing as them — are helping drug cartels. Continue reading “Cartel connection? The Oakland Tribune (http://tinyurl.com/lvtufr3 ) reported Saturday that since Sunnyvale’s ban went into effect midnight Thursday, not one of the now-illegal magazines has been turned in. San Francisco police report that they have no system to track whether any magazines have been turned in for destruction under the new ordinance. San Francisco residents must surrender their high-capacity magazines to police by April 7. Continue reading “2 cities struggle to enforce ban on gun magazines”

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) said Sunday that he thinks the best way to respond to the crisis in Ukraine would be drilling for oil and natural gas “in every possible conceivable place” in the U.S.
Paul, who won the presidential straw poll at the Conservative Political Action Conference this weekend, told Fox News Sunday host Chris Wallace that if he were president, expanding drilling would be a key part of his response to Russia invading Ukraine. It’s no secret that the U.S. government is in serious fiscal trouble. So much so that our Treasury Secretary recently noted that should the debt ceiling fail to be increased, the fall-out would be “catastrophic” and last for generations.
Given that sobering report, consider that everything in America, from food to fuel, is subsidized in one way or another. Those subsidies are being paid with ever-increasing debt. It is inevitable that at some point the world’s reserve currency, the US dollar, will be wiped out. The trigger for such an event is irrelevant. What is relevant, is how average Americans will be affected when that day comes. Continue reading “Game Changer: It Will Be Shocking for the Average American: “Your Cost of Living Will Quadruple””

On Saturday, I informed you of a Connecticut police officer who said he wanted to bust through one patriot’s door and take his guns. This morning I spoke with John Cinque via telephone and he provided me with screenshots of the conversation that he mentioned in the video. Many people wanted to see the evidence of what John referenced in the video. Some thought it was nothing more than ploy since he was in the video with Connecticut gubernatorial candidate Joe Visconti. I won’t attempt to judge Visconti’s motives. However, the evidence is clear of what Officer Joseph Peterson of the Branford Police Department said, and in the course of the conversation actually spilled the beans on what gun registration is all about: Taking your guns, which every red-blooded, American gun owner knows already. Take a Look for yourself: Continue reading “CT Cop Who Wants to Kick in Doors & Confiscate Guns Suspended – Not Before Spilling the Beans on What Gun Registration is all About”
