It was by chance that two brothers who own a smoke shop in Queens found video footage in a smashed video recorder when they returned to their store after spending more than a month in jail.

At the brothers’ arraignment in late August, prosecutors said in court NYPD cops had recovered 40 pounds of cocaine during a raid and search warrant by the Queens north gang unit. BRYAN, Tex. (KBTX) – No one was injured when a Brazos County homeowner unknowingly shot at deputies searching their home.

According to the sheriff’s office, deputies were responding to a reported residential burglary at 6:11 a.m. Tuesday in the 6000 block of Koppe Bridge. Deputies arrived and saw the property gate was open, a window was broken and the door unlocked. A group of U.S. Navy instructor pilots asked top military brass for permission to arm themselves in the wake of the shooting at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Fla., where a Saudi military pilot gunned down three American sailors and wounded eight others.

Dec 11 (Reuters) – Police in the New York metropolitan area were put on high alert to protect Jewish neighborhoods after an hours-long gunbattle with two men around a Jersey City kosher market that killed six people, authorities said.

The police shoot-out with two men armed with high-powered rifles erupted after midday on Tuesday in Jersey City, New Jersey’s second-largest municipality directly across the Hudson River from Manhattan. For the second time in two days, a deadly shooting unfolded at a US Navy base Friday when a gunman killed at least three people and injured several others at Naval Air Station Pensacola in Florida.

A three-judge panel of the Manhattan-based 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled 2-1 against Trump’s bid to block two House of Representatives committees from enforcing subpoenas issued in April to the two banks seeking the documents.
