Why do they fight in a war that they know is a lie?

Why in the Hell would the troops and contractors continue to go to these wars knowing that they are lies? I believe it is for numerous reasons. Most of these guys joined up as young men that are very impressionable. Today they play all of the combat simulator games on xbox and playstation and want to go do it for real. They don’t have a real clue what combat is gonna be like they just want to try it. They live in a culture of violence and it becomes something that is desired because of the fake glory that is associated with death and warfare.   Continue reading “Why would they continue to go to a war they know is a lie?”

There is a lot of chatter amongst conservative “2nd Amendment cops” and military folks about how they will not obey the orders when the grand pronouncement is made to take guns. It will be a cop sit out. What will really happen is quite different. Your Republican cop or military buddy will gladly and patriotically take your guns.

Gun grabs and grabs of anything else – children, money, real estate, raw milk – don’t come down the chain of command as such. There is not an edict that comes out saying:   Continue reading “Your 2nd Amendment Cop Buddy Will Take Your Guns”

HOUSTON (AP) – A Canadian company on Wednesday started delivering oil through the Texas portion of a proposed cross-border pipeline that has stirred controversy and tension between the United States and its northern neighbor.

Ideas under discussion instead include proposals to see manned lorries and transporters replaced by supply trains of robots vehiclesThe Telegraph – by Ben Farmer

The US Army is considering replacing thousands of soldiers with robots as it deals with sweeping troop cuts.

A senior American officer has said he is considering shrinking the size of the Army’s brigade combat teams by a quarter and replacing the lost troops with robots and remote-controlled vehicles.

The American military is still far from fielding armies of Terminator-type robotic killers though.   Continue reading “US Army considers replacing thousands of troops with robots”

John Filippidis is a Concealed and Carry Weapons permit holder, which means he can carry his firearm on his person or in his car legally. He followed all applicable laws in the State of Florida to obtain his permit, and has been a lawful citizen since being “given the right” to retain a firearm when in public.

Recently he was driving through the State of Maryland on a family vacation when he was stopped, for no apparent reason, by a law enforcement officer who had trailed his car for at least ten minutes.   Continue reading “Why I Cannot Support Concealed Carry Weapons Permits (And Why You Shouldn’t Either!)”

One year in the big lie (Iraq) This is how we will be living here when the war starts. Take the tanks away and the KBR mess halls and this will be our lives during the upcoming war. Get your minds right.

We were supposed to go in from Turkey, but Rivera screwed that one up. We ended up in Kuwait prepping to go in from the south.

My computers in the 7.7 million dollar M1A2SEP tank went down and they couldn’t be fixed before we went in so I had to use a manpack radio strapped to my .50 cal mount to have commo. It only reached about one klick.   Continue reading “One Year in Iraq”

Imagine the stuff has hit the fan and you are living in your home and trying to secure it with just your family. One of these (especially if they are armed) will overwhelm one family in minutes. You cant shoot them fast enough. It has nothing to do with race. It will be white/black/brown mobs. We need to prepare for these events to happen in our homes when the lights go out.

In another example of liberal political correctness run amok and the desire to rewrite history, beloved claymation character Yukon Cornelius has had his nickel plated six shooter confiscated by toy companies.

As you can see in the picture below, Yukon Cornelius was a man who looked after his own well being while out in the harsh wilderness.  He dressed warmly for his environment, had his wool cap and ear muffs, warm weather jacket and pants and some sturdy boots.  He was also well provisioned carrying with him a backpack for supplies, a canteen, a knife, a hammer AND A GUN.   Continue reading “Gun Confiscation in time for Christmas. A couple of days ago I heard a child misspeak about New Year’s Resolutions by calling them New Year’s Revolutions.

After a quick chuckle I got to thinking.  Resolutions are cliche and pointless.  They breed crowds at fitness centers and health food stores for the month of January before they are abandoned completely come February.   Continue reading “Don’t Resolve, Revolt! What Are Your New Year’s REVOLUTIONS?”
