Second amendment activists are expressing concern that authorities in New York state have begun moving towards mass gun confiscation after a man had all his firearms seized by police over a 15-year-old misdemeanor charge.

In a post on the nyfirearms.com forum entitled, “NY State Police Just Came to My Home and Took Everything,” a Nassau County man describes how he received a visit from State Police who wanted to inspect the serial number of a semi-automatic rifle he had just purchased.   Continue reading “Gun Confiscation Begins in New York?”

American citizens already have a hard enough time affording a home. Squeezed out by financial oligarchs buying tens of thousands of properties for rental income, and faced with real wages that haven’t budged since the mid-1970s, the demographic of U.S. citizens that historically dominated the new home market has been forced to live in their parents’ basements. Just to kick em’ when they’re down, Americans now face the impossible task of competing with laundered Chinese money.   Continue reading “Chinese Purchases of U.S. Real Estate Jump 72% as The Bank of China Facilitates Money Laundering”

Years ago while writing for Neithercorp Press I penned an article entitled “One Day Soon, We’ll All Be Homegrown Terrorists”.  In that piece I described a not so far off future in which martial law, economic collapse, and the destruction of civil liberties stood imminent.  I related my views on the propaganda rhetoric of the SPLC, and how they were using false association to tie liberty groups to any deviant organization they could think of, including racists and domestic terrorists, in order to condition the American public to react to our message with immediate contempt.     Continue reading “The Real Reasons Why The Liberty Movement Is Preparing To Fight”

The EPA is totally out of control and has become a fascist threat to all Americans. Under the radar, the EPA has whispered evil somethings into being by floating a new rule that extends their power even more and gives them the wherewithal to garnish bank accounts of those they deem to have violated their regulations. They are claiming the authority to bypass the courts and unilaterally garnish paychecks.  Continue reading “A Raging, Out Of Control EPA – Sanctioned Theft From Americans”

For many, spiders are the stuff of nightmares: creepy, crawly, sinister creatures that sneak into homes and lurk about in the night. The fear of spiders is called arachnophobia, and it is one of the top ten phobias experienced around the world.

In reality, most spiders do not pose a threat to humans. While the majority of the 20,000 species found in the United States ARE venomous, most spiders only bite in self-defense and cannot penetrate human skin. Even then, most spiders aren’t capable of injecting enough venom to warrant medical intervention and of those that can, fatal cases are rare.   Continue reading “Identifying and Treating Spider Bites”

I am convinced that Barack Obama has no intention of leaving America armed when he leaves office. If there is any way, hook, crook or presidential fiat that he can use to lay the groundwork for the confiscation of privately-owned firearms, he will do it.

The dwindling days of a lame duck president are a dangerous time as has been proven again and again as last minute applications of executive privilege have been applied to some very dubious situations and I believe that the legacy Obama craves, above all others, is the disarming of America.   Continue reading “A Call to Vigilance”

Henry Nunez, a real estate agent in Arcadia, California, met with so many homebuyers from China that he bought a Mandarin-English translation app for his phone.

The $1.99 purchase paid off last month, when he sold a five-bedroom home with crystal chandeliers, marble floors and two kitchens, one designed for smoky wok cooking. The buyers were a Chinese couple who paid $3.5 million in cash.   Continue reading “Chinese Cash-Bearing Buyers Fuel $22 Billion in U.S. Home Sales”

It seemed only fitting for my Independence Day column to talk about an accessory for your AR-15 (or any rifle with a Picatinny Rail forend) that is capable of shooting “aerial bomb” and comet rounds. That accessory is the 37mm launcher, specifically the “underbarrel” UBL37 made from the firm of Bates and Dittus.

37mm launchers—which are not in their standard guise considered firearms, but more on that later—have been finding some popularity among civilians over the last ten years or so. The first people to latch onto the concept were owners of oceangoing yachts. These signaling devices can be taken into international waters by ship owners (since they aren’t firearms) and used as defense against pirates maneuvering toward their ships in small, open powerboats. While pirates never seem to worry about gun laws in international waters, boat owners do.   Continue reading “The Bates & Dittus UBL Launcher: A Useful and Fun Defensive Rifle Option”

A leaked memo attributed to RAND corporation think tank suggests the Ukrainian govt should engage in an all-out war in the east, including shutting down all communications, putting citizens in internment camps and killing all who resist such actions.

In the shocking letter, which has been leaked to online media, the advice offers a step by step brutal guide in how to deal with the population in eastern Ukraine. The authenticity of the document which bears the RAND corporation logo, however, could not be independently verified. If you remember the Oscar-winning film “Missing,” you know something about the life and death of reporter Charles Horman. He disappeared in Chile, days after Gen. Augusto Pinochet seized power in a 1973 coup. His body was found weeks later.

Now, a Chilean court has ruled that American military intelligence services played a role in the deaths of Horman and another American, Frank Teruggi. Horman had been investigating links between the CIA and Chile’s military; Teruggi was a student in Santiago.   Continue reading “American journalist Charles Horman was murdered with the help of the US government, a Chilean court finds”

The Captain’s Journal – by Herschell Smith

The setup for this has been occurring for quite a while.  The collectivists on the right have helped the leftists gain strength, but the rate and fury of activity that has been consequential in destabilizing the United States has increased almost beyond comprehension.

The long term evolution of America to a position where such a strategy might stand a greater chance of success began long ago with the move towards urbanization.  The flight from rural America was helped along with family farms bought out by Monsanto and Archer-Daniels-Midland, with low paid migrant workers on those farms, all subsidized by tax payers and rate payers who couldn’t see that there was a very high hidden cost for the low cost of produce.   Continue reading “The Administration Implementation Of The Cloward-Piven Strategy”

I had the “privilege” of being invited, friended, or whatever you call it, to join the Pennsylvania Militia FB page a couple weeks ago. My reasons for going along with it were simple, networking. I feel networking is one of the biggest advantages of social media, and if you are involved in training preparedness minded  folks, then a militia FB page is probably a good place to be. The Page Moderator/Dictator/Starter , is an individual by the name of Christopher Hershman. Mr’ Hershman fancies himself to be a “Colonel” in the militia of PA (my Girlfriend reminded me of the Metallica lyric “Where’s your crown, king nothing?) , and at the time I started there, I could care less what he called himself.  Continue reading “Rank, Duty Position, And Authority, Or Not Being A “Colonel of Corn””

Militia members and other concerned U.S. citizens are converging on the border town of Laredo, Texas, on Friday to create a blockade against illegal immigrants crossing into the United States, the organizer of the human chain and protest said on Newsmax TV‘s “MidPoint.”

“This will continue for days and weeks to come” and spread “to other points” along the U.S.-Mexico frontier, Barbie Rogers, founder of the Patriots Information Hotline, said in a telephone interview.    Continue reading “Patriots Hotline Founder: We’re Forming a Human Chain to Stop Illegals”

On June 26, the non-profit group Evolve launched a new gun safety PSA aimed at stressing parental responsibility by focusing on how kids play with whatever they find–be that a gun or a sex toy.

In the video, two mothers are talking on the porch when their sons run past them while having a sword fight with their mothers’ sex toys which had not been properly stored in the house. A male voice-over says, “If they find it, they’ll play with it.”   Continue reading “Gun Safety PSA Features Sex Toys to Show Danger of Kids Finding Unlocked Guns”

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region – The Kurdish judge who sentenced former Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein to death is alive and well, contrary to international media reports he was executed by the jihadi-led insurgents blazing across Iraq, a Kurdish official and a family member told Rudaw.

A spokesperson for the Kurdistan Regional Government’s (KRG) Ministry of Justice in Erbil said he had personally spoken to Rauf Rashid Abdulrahman, the judge who sentenced Saddam to death by hanging in 2006, and that reports he had died were false.   Continue reading “Kurdish Judge Who Ordered Saddam Hanged is Alive and Well”
