This past week, the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, over the vigorous dissent of four judges on that court, denied rehearing en banc (legalese for an entire court rather than just a panel of three judges) in the case of Sissel v. United States Department of Health and Human Services.

Sissel is a case against Obamacare led by the Pacific Legal Foundation, arguing that Obamacare is invalid because it violated the Origination Clause.   Continue reading “Why Obamacare Could be Heading to the Supreme Court (Again)”

The state senator behind California’s SB277 forced vaccination law is a pro at spreading misinformation, particularly on social media.

Carrying out the job that Big Pharma paid him to do — which we recently proved by publishing information about the industry cash he’s received — Senator Richard Pan recently posted a Facebook status citing a completely fraudulent article denying the existence of mercury in vaccines, which also made blatantly false statements about Natural News’ Mike Adams.   Continue reading “CA Sen. Richard Pan caught lying about vaccines; massive recall effort now underway to kick him out of office”

Last year, two Michigan self-described “soccer moms” were the victims of raids conducted by local law enforcement officials, who took telephones, televisions and cash from the women’s homes under civil asset forfeiture laws.

The women, Ginnifer Hency and Annette Shattuck, have never been found guilty of a crime.

Inspired by cases such as these, a bipartisan group of lawmakers in the state legislature are working to reform the very laws that gave law enforcement the power to take Hency and Shattuck’s belongings.   Continue reading “How Michigan Lawmakers Want to Make It Harder for Law Enforcement to Take Your Stuff”
