Donald Trump told Jewish Republicans that he didn’t expect their support in his bid for the presidency.

And I know why you’re not going to support me. You’re not going to support me because I don’t want your money. Isn’t it crazy?”   Continue reading “Trump Tells GOP Jews: You Won’t Support Me Because I Don’t Want Your Money”

The region’s only commercial nuclear plant, located just north of Richland, Wash, has a fuel leak in the reactor core that has led engineers to take four of its 764 fuel assemblies out of service.

John Dobken, a spokesman for Energy Northwest, the utility consortium that operates the Columbia Generating Station, confirmed there was a “fuel defect” at the plant but said it posed no safety risk to workers or the public. Radioactive gases detected in the coolant water were “barely detectable” and below the limit reportable to nuclear regulators, he said, though onsite inspectors and the board of Energy Northwest have been notified.   Continue reading “Nuclear fuel leak at Columbia Generating Station poses “zero safety risk,” operators say”

WASHINGTON — Jonathan J. Pollard, the American convicted of spying on behalf of Israel, will walk out of prison on Friday after 30 years, but the Obama administration has no plans to let him leave the country and move to Israel as he has requested.

Mr. Pollard, who as a Navy intelligence analyst passed classified documents to Israeli handlers, was due to be released from a federal prison in Butner, N.C., after receiving parole on a life sentence, ending a long imprisonment that has been a constant irritant in relations between the United States and Israel.   Continue reading “After 30 Years in Prison, Jonathan Pollard to Be Freed — but Not to Israel”

Much of America’s political focus has understandably been on the 2016 presidential race. There is, however, a more immediate problem on the horizon.

Congress has two weeks to pass a measure to keep the government funded beyond Sept. 30. If no agreement is reached, federal agencies could be shuttered again — the second time in three years.   Continue reading “Another Government Shutdown Looms At The End Of The Month”

Ferguson, Missouri (TFC– A major rift has occurred within the Oath Keepers movement, causing many to flee the organization and join, start, or reorganize splinter groups. The defections occurred when the national leadership reportedly pulled support for the armed march in Ferguson. Former defense contractor Sam Andrews, the organizer of the march, doesn’t care about the national leadership’s reservations, and he’s not alone.

Andrews was a member of the Oath Keepers and ran a tactical team called the “YETIs.” He said that after Oath Keepers’ national leadership indicated they were uncomfortable with the appearance of directly confronting law enforcement with an armed march in Ferguson, he withdrew from the organization. When asked if the march would still happen, he responded with one word.   Continue reading “Oath Keepers leave organization in protest after leadership reportedly fails to support armed Ferguson march”

The following is from a transcript of a meeting between President Woodrow Wilson And Edward Mandell Hous.

This is what Mr. Hous told Wilson back in the 19teens.

“[Very} soon, every American will be required to register their biological property in a National system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will affect our security as a charge-back for our fiat paper currency. Since the nuclear reactors were discovered in 1972 in Gabon, scientists have been scratching their heads trying to understand how it is possible that these nuclear reactors developed in Gabon two billion years ago, and did not develop at any other place on the Planet.

It’s no joke that two billion years ago, parts of an African uranium deposit spontaneously underwent nuclear fission, how well conditions just happened to be perfect and “something occurred”. According to scientists, this mysterious “natural” nuclear reactor had the ability to produce modest energy.   Continue reading “Researchers say that the 2-billion-year-old Nuclear Reactor at Oklo is unique and real as it gets”

Engineer jokes for JD.

Why Don’t You Try This?

1. Normal people believe that if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Engineers believe that if it ain’t broke, it doesn’t have enough features yet.

2. To the optimist, the glass is half-full. To the pessimist, the glass is half-empty. To the engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.   Continue reading “Who said engineers have no sense of humor?”
