Recent intensified fighting and offensive action in Idlib proved the U.S. is losing its idea leadership. The more so, there is much talk today about the risks of a new era of American isolationism and a lack of US leadership in the world.

The war in Syria indeed draws to an end, most obviously. There will be more mess, in all likelihood — wars almost always having frayed ends — but the outcome is clear. The Islamic State, along with the sectarian Salafists the U.S. financed and armed, are headed into history, but into history of Syria.   Continue reading “Why the US Re-Deploy HTS-ISIS terrorists from Idlib to Afghanistan”

Do you remember Aleppo? A girl appeared once the Government forces started its liberation. A strange fake account in Twitter became available under the name of Bana al-AbedGiven all this, you know that… there’s this girl was a figment of somebody’s imagination. Later Bana proved she had been a reality. But, she left an indelible imprint on the memory of many people in the world.

And then there were Nur and Alaa. Do you know why the world again raised a storm of indignation? All this because of terrorists decided to use children in the information war again. The radicals strived to weaken the siege of Assad’s troops and to run away, to slip as soon as possible if their plan to de-blockade East Ghouta does come true. Well, luckily didn’t do them much good in the end.   Continue reading “Examining the ‘HALA’ Twitter Phenomenon: Same Victims, Same Terrorists & Same Techniques”

The current situation in the Syrian province of Idlib continues to alarm.

Although the green buses brought to Idlib hundreds of militants from Aleppo, Deir-Ezzor, Eastern Ghouta, and other areas of the country, Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) will be extremely difficult to resist the battle-hardened Assad’s Government army.   Continue reading “Drone Wars Unleashed in Idlib Province?”

For the first time since the beginning of the Syrian crisis in 2011 a significant number of international experts, political analysts, and journalists have reported about the near conclusion of the civil war. The military operation of the Syrian Arab Army on the liberation of the rest part of the country from various terrorist organizations is currently in the final stage. Peace and stability gradually return to the liberated areas.   Continue reading “Syria returns its citizens. What is it about Europe?”

It’s not the first time we hear about the upcoming provocation in Syria. Following the joint US, British and French air strikes on Syria’s facilities in April, the locals wait in high anxiety and tension for new staged provocations, fake accusations of the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and further attacks.

So far, we have only wondered where the White Helmets ‘activists’ could set up their movie studio. This scenario usually occurs in the areas where various militant groups suffer heavy losses. Currently, for terrorists, things go bad in Daraa and Idlib provinces. Fortunately, we do not witness new provocations there yet.   Continue reading “Syrian Opposition and Western NGOs Hire Actors for Chemical Weapons Provocation”

Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) continues to express outrage at the U.S. actions since Washington have included the HST in the list of terrorist organizations.

Affiliated with the HST Ibaa news agency published a video in which HTS media masterminders deny the US allegations on group’s ties with al-Qaeda. HST’s actions are quite understandable as the jihadists are afraid of possible strikes from the side of the US-led international coalition as well as of blocking any supportTahrir al-Sham is equal in status to ISIS nowadays.  Continue reading “Ridiculous: Tahrir al-Sham Expresses Outrage at the U.S.”

In the recent past, the situation in the Syrian south wasn’t covered hardly in media as in Idlib and Deir Ezzor. Meanwhile, the situation in the south deserves our attention.

After de-escalation zones in Eastern Ghouta and Homs have been essentially disappeared the question was raised on a format like that as a tool in principle. It was noted that such action could hardly be considered as facilitating the settlement of the crisis in Syria.  Continue reading “The Situation Is Worsening in Syrian South as the US Tries to Defend Terrorists while Israel to Strike a deal with Russia”

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu during the meeting with his U.S. counterpart Mike Pompeo agreed on Syria’s city of Manbij road map , providing for the withdrawal of the Kurdish militia linked to the Kurdistan Workers’ Party or PKK on June 4. According to the joint plan of Washington and Ankara, these formations will be replaced by the Turkmen and Arab units that will establish control over the city and the surrounding areas.

However, the meeting between the U.S. and Turkish foreign ministers must be viewed in the general context of the current Middle Eastern events.   Continue reading “How U.S. and Turkey Determine the Fate of Kurds”

A breaking piece was published via CBS news recently that the U.S. frozen funding for Syria’s “White Helmets”.

Why did it happen, probably you would like to ask us...

First, the delay in approving the financing may be connected with the revision of the strategy of using White Helmets as East Ghouta had been lost for the opposition. It impossible now to use the pretext of ‘regime crimes in Ghouta’ using Civil Defense. The militants have lost both an enclave and the resources invested (chemical laboratories, chemicals, studios, staff, weapons, money etc).   Continue reading “Why did State Dept. Freeze White Helmets Funding?”

Recently, Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir said Qatari troops should replace US soldiers in northern Syria or Washington could pull its support for Doha leading to its downfall. The more so, al-Jubeir warned Qatari government that it faced its imminent demise unless it funded a US military presence in Syria.

The country maintains a military force of approximately 104,100 men, including an Army (65,000), Navy (21,400), Emiri Guard (20,400), Internal Security Forces (15,000) and air force (3,700). Ridiculous! How they are going to fight Assad with such an army?   Continue reading “Why Does KSA Call Qatar to Deploy Forces to Syria?”

It is well known that Israel has been supporting the so-called opposition operating in Syria in order to overthrow the legitimate government of Bashar Assad since the very beginning of the Syrian crisis in 2011. Another Tel Aviv’s goal here is to gain full control over the Golan Heights which Prime Minister B. Netanyahu is currently using to provide the militants from Syria with weapons.

Besides, the fighting jihadists striving to break the war-torn country are receiving medical care in Israeli hospitals. “Israel has been always stood by our side in a heroic way,” confirmed Moatasem al-Golani, the spokesman for the rebel group Liwa Fursan al-Joulan also known as Knights of the Golan. “We wouldn’t have survived without Israel’s financial assistance, food and weapons supplies.”   Continue reading “Israel Continues to Block and Sabotage Peaceful Settlement in Syria”

The situation around Eastern Ghouta continuous to be intense due to the regular mortar shells of Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham and Faylaq Al-Rahman militants. At the same time, snipers to prevent the civilians from fleeing Eastern Ghouta to Damascus daily fire the humanitarian corridors.

However, the Syrian army units continue to initiate new assaults on the positions of terrorists to recapture the area and liberate the local population. Tonight, the government forces stormed terrorists’ positions after the several-hour-long daily truce in Eastern Ghouta and managed to cut off one of the main supply routes of the militants in the region.   Continue reading “West Continues to Aggravate Situation in Eastern Ghouta”

Currently, the situation around Eastern Ghouta can only be described as drastic. Jaysh Al-Islam along with Faylaq al Rahman militants are blocking civilian evacuations via humanitarian corridors, preventing the delivery of humanitarian aid, and evacuating the wounded.

The humanitarian pause came into effect at 9 a.m. on Thursday upon the initiative of the Syrian Government and Russia. In the area of Vafidin, the government forces have already created block posts, and the medical staff is ready to provide the necessary medical care for the sick and injured. Moreover, special buses will evacuate civilians to safe areas.
Despite the United Nations Security Council Resolution 2401, demanding an immediate end to the fighting and the establishment of a humanitarian truce lasting at least 30 days, the militants of Eastern Ghouta violated ceasefire and have shelled civilians who tried to flee the area from mortars. And in that way, radicals undermine the efforts of the Syrian authorities and hinder the evacuation of the population. At the same time, the Syrian army units fully respect the truce and do not respond to provocations.   Continue reading “What is Actually Happening in Eastern Ghouta?”

The Guardian article from February 6, 2018, titled “Biggest airstrikes in a year hit Syria after rebels shoot down Russian jet” claims that “Russian and Syrian jets have bombed up to 18 towns across north-west Syria, devastating civilian areas and forcing fresh waves of refugees to flee”. According to the journalists Martin Chulov and Kareem Shahee, a series of devastating airstrikes have been carried out in the northwest of Idlib province. “Nine people were treated for symptoms of chlorine exposure after a bomb was dropped on the town of Saraqeb by a helicopter”, they claim.
