Sen. Pat Toomey (R-PA) suggests the odds of passing gun control when the Senate reconvenes in September are better than ever.
Toomey is specifically referencing the gun control bill he and Sen. There are 195 countries in the world, and over half of them are poorer than Harvard University.
The Ivy League institution’s 2018 endowment was $38.3 billion, according to Stacker. This amount exceeds the wealth of any of more than half of the 195 countries around the world. To arrive at this determination, Campus Reform compared the endowment numbers listed by Stacker with the “total wealth” of each of the world’s countries, according to Credit Suisse’s 2018 Global Wealth Report. Do tell, good mayor, how will you guarantee that criminals will insure THEIR guns?
I thought California passed more than a dozen stricter gun control laws this year to “raise the bar” on their gun control laws? Apparently that wasn’t enough. It’s never enough. Continue reading “San Jose mayor asks firearm owners to insure their guns”
Free Thought Project – by Matt Agorist
Honolulu, HI — For years, the Free Thought Project has been reporting on case after case of police officers caught raping, molesting, and abusing their victims. Many of these officers were caught sexually abusing children only to be let loose in society after flexing their blue privilege. In the instance below, that is exactly what happened as a Honolulu cop will avoid any time behind bars despite multiple child sexual assault charges. Continue reading “How Does This Keep Happening? We haven’t seen this sort of seismic activity on the west coast in a very long time. Last month, two monster earthquakes in southern California were followed by thousands upon thousands of aftershocks, and the shaking still hasn’t stopped. Scientists tell us that the San Andreas fault is “locked and loaded” and that it could potentially “unzip all at once” without any warning at all. But meanwhile, another ominous threat is looming farther north. As you will see below, more than 4,500 earthquakes have rattled the Cascadia Subduction Zone over the last two weeks, and that includes a magnitude 6.3 quake that struck off the coast of Oregon on Thursday. The following comes from the official USGS website… Continue reading “Magnitude 6.3 Quake Off The Oregon Coast Raises Concerns That The Cascadia Subduction Zone Could Soon Rupture”

Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., who is accused of improperly using political campaign funds to reimburse her alleged lover for travel expenses, doesn’t need to worry for now about a complaint filed against her with the Federal Election Commission. Vacancies on the FEC make it impossible for the commission to take any action.
The FEC, where I served as a commissioner over a decade ago, is supposed to act as a government watchdog against election law violations. But unless it has four members, the watchdog is effectively muzzled and chained, helpless to act. Right now there are three members and three vacancies on the commission.
