While there are various questions that have already emerged from what was supposed to be Ukraine’s “slam dunk” proof confirming Russian rebel involvement in today’s MH-17 tragedy, perhaps one just as gaping question emerges when one looks at what is clearly an outlier flight path in today’s final, and tragic, departure of the Malaysian Airlines Boeing 777.
Perhaps the best visualization of what the issue is, comes from Vagelis Karmiros who has collated all the recent MH-17 flight paths as tracked by Flightaware and shows that while all ten most recent paths pass safely well south of the Donetsk region, and cross the zone above the Sea of Azov, it was only today’s tragic flight that passed straight overhead Donetsk. Almost exactly one year ago, the world was nearly brought to the verge of a global war by proxy involving the US and Russia (and Europe and China) over a staged, false flag YouTube clip “proving” the Assad regime had used toxic gas (gas that was made in Britain as it was later revealed) to kill several hundred civilians in the country’s ongoing war against what subsequently turned out to be al-Qaeda funded and trained rebels (and which now are fighting across the border with another former US-puppet state, Iraq). Luckily, back then an all out confrontation was averted in the last minute over what was ultimately nothing but a gambit by Qatar to have its gas pipeline enter Europe and leave Gazprom in the cold (literally and metaphorically). Several people have suffered injuries after Israeli tanks shelled a hospital in the besieged Gaza Strip.
The director of Gaza’s al-Wafa hospital, where some patients are paralyzed or in comas, said the facility was targeted on Thursday.

The Obama administration, in July 2013, quietly introduced a new regulation that critics say will dramatically increase Washington’s power over local zoning laws in every U.S. city and town that accepts federal block grants through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Some are calling it the “Common Core of local zoning” that has flown under the radar for nearly a year. Instead of the U.S. Department of Education dictating education standards to local school districts, this rule change would allow HUD to influence zoning laws from the biggest cities down to the tiniest towns. A few cities in Texas have passed laws requiring the acceptance of same sex marriage. San Antonio, passed a regulation requiring those who wish to obtain a city contract or do business with the city must accept the same sex marriage concept. San Antonio along with Austin, Houston is a hot bed of liberalism. Primarily because folks from the northeast and California keep moving here where they can find a job and enjoy the good life we Texans have. So far this year, 400 out of state people have moved to the DFW area per day. Coming from liberal states these folks rarely take time to figure out that the reasons Texas is a good place for business is less government interference, lower taxes, a conservative attitude with emphasis on capitalism with a strong religious base. It is also a place were folks do not like being told what to do by the government. Obama originally announced his intent on January 16, 2013, when he signed 23 executive orders purportedly intended to curb gun violence.
