Manasquan, NJ –-(Ammoland.com)- New York’s rights infringing ban on assault weapons is constitutional, but it cannot limit a gun magazine to seven bullets, a federal court judge ruled today.

The ruling by Chief U.S. District Judge William M. Skretny in Buffalo found that New York’s gun-control law, called the SAFE Act, that restricts assault weapons doesn’t infringe on Second Amendment rights. The radio played the Beach Boys’ song with the words. “Wouldn’t it be nice to say “good night” and stay together? Wouldn’t it be nice?” I realized at that moment that my life was all wrong. Fewest police deaths by firearms in 2013 since 1887New York Post

WASHINGTON — The number of law-enforcement officers killed by firearms in 2013 fell to levels not seen since the days of the Wild West, according to a report released Monday.
