The Biden administration has finalized regulations aimed at blocking the sale of Americans’ bulk personal data to adversarial nations such as Russia, China, and Iran. However, the new rules stop short of addressing a broader privacy issue: the continued legality of selling sensitive data to allied countries and domestic entities. While these restrictions target hostile foreign powers, the ongoing trade of personal information within the US and to friendly nations raises concerns about the protection of Americans’ privacy on a global scale. Democrat run cities have been spreading a fallacy – That crime rates have been going down and that their policies have been effective.  This fallacy is supported by FBI crime rate data, but what Democrat don’t say is that this data has been incomplete since 2020.

At the onset of the covid pandemic the FBI started an overhaul of it’s crime data collection system.  This change meant that numerous cities across the US were not required to provide full crime stats to the agency for years.  New York and LA sharply under-reported crime data from 2020 through 2023.  In fact, the FBI is only supposed to begin collecting that data in totality from all US cities in 2025. Danny Shaw has been traveling to Cuba since 1995 in support of the country’s socialist revolution. Unsatisfied with the official proclamations and guided tours for international leftists, he embarked on a project of first-hand ethnographic research across the country over the decades. With a command of Cuban Spanish, Shaw wandered off the beaten path, independently evaluating conditions in the country. Surveying the perspectives of some of the most marginalized populations in Havana, he assesses their responses to the US unilateral blockade and Cuba’s isolation.  Continue reading “Will the Cuban revolution survive the storm of 2025?”

Cybertruck bomber identified as 37-year-old Matthew Livelsberger, served at same military base as New Orleans Shamsun-Din Jabbar

The suspect in the Cybertruck explosion attack by a Trump hotel in Las Vegas has been identified as 37-year-old Matthew Livelsberger. Authorities found that he and Shamsud-Din Jabbar, who carried out the terror attack in New Orleans, served at the same military base. Livelsberger took his own life when he exploded the truck, which contained the explosion well enough that only 7 others were injured. Jabbar killed 15 people with many more being transported to area hospitals with life-threatening injuries. The death toll from that attack could continue to rise. Jabbar was killed by police on the scene. The debate surrounding the origins of COVID-19 has become a case study of the dangers of censorship and government overreach. A new report alleges that President Joe Biden’s administration actively suppressed information from US intelligence agencies that pointed to a lab leak in China as the origin of the pandemic. Social media platforms played a central role in this suppression, collaborating with government officials to silence dissenting voices and remove content challenging the official zoonotic-origin narrative. These revelations expose a troubling pattern of silencing alternative viewpoints, even at the expense of public trust and accountability. The true purpose of Ukraine’s surprise offensive into the Russian agricultural region of Kursk has been hotly debated since it was launched in August.  The complete failure of the 2023 “counter-offensive” led many to believe that Ukraine’s rumored troop shortages were far worse than initially reported.  Some believed that the Kursk offensive was designed to allay fears among allies that Kyiv was no longer capable of taking ground from the Russians. Health “experts” are again warning of a potential impending pandemic unless governments immediately unleash a program of testing and vaccination—first for the most “vulnerable”— against bird influenza. On Sunday, Dr. Deborah Birx, who served as President Donald Trump’s Covid response coordinator in his first term of office, told CNN that it was presumptuous to guess that there are only 63 cases of bird flu in the US.
