Before It’s News – by N. Morgan
In some of my previous articles, we have discussed the ongoing issue of the homeless in this country being harassed by FEMA and shipped off to FEMA Camps and jails across the United States. A trial run of sorts to see who will tolerate incarceration against their will. Continue reading ““First They Come For The Homeless””
A Seattle, Washington high school history teacher who was pepper-sprayed by police moments after speaking at a Martin Luther King Jr. Day rally is suing the city for $500,000.
Attorneys for Jesse Hagopian filed the claim against Seattle on Wednesday, nine days after the incident unfolded during, ironically, an anti-police brutality protest held in tandem with similar rallies across the United States on the holiday named for the slain civil rights leader. One of the more fanciful, or thought to be fanciful, topics I’ve been covering for a good while now is the subject of the relationship of the CIA to Hollywood.
Recent blockbusters like Zero Dark Thirty and American Sniper focus on the military and intelligence agencies in supposed “based on true events” scenarios, but is more at work here? The film industry has always loved tales of espionage, but in reality, the creation and manufacturing of a completely alternate reality and history is far more extensive than most would assume. A St. Louis City Hall meeting exploring the creation of a civilian-run police oversight board was halted Wednesday night when a melee erupted, highlighting the still simmering tensions exposed when an unarmed black Ferguson, Mo., teen was shot dead by a white cop last August.
The crowd grew testy an hour into the public forum as police officers spoke in opposition to the bill and state Rep. Jeff Roorda, who doubles as the business manager of the city’s police union, got into a shouting match with meeting chairman Alderman Terry Kennedy, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. A new genetically modified potato is closer than ever to arriving in American grocery stores, but while advocates claim it can actually reduce the risk of cancer, opponents say not nearly enough is known to ensure public safety.
Created by the J. R. Simplot Company, ‘Innate’ potatoes were created by inserting extra genes into them – genes that are modified but that otherwise exist naturally in the potato. Through genetic modification using RNA interference (RNAi), scientists used these genes to shut down a few of the potato’s other original genes – a process called gene silencing. A San Francisco deputy public defender was handcuffed and arrested at the Hall of Justice after she objected to city police officers questioning her client outside a courtroom, an incident that her office called outrageous and police officials defended as appropriate.
The Tuesday afternoon arrest of attorney Jami Tillotson as she denied police officers’ attempts to take photos of her client without explanation raised questions about police intimidation and harassment, Public Defender Jeff Adachi said at a Wednesday news conference. Continue reading “S.F. public defender detained outside court; office outraged”
Now we finally come to the real agenda of the vaccine industry. After vaccines have been repeatedly documented by the Natural News Lab to contain neurotoxic chemicals such as mercury, formaldehyde and MSG; after vaccine shots have been repeatedly shown to kill people who take them; and after flu shots have been exhaustively shown to be based on no science whatsoever — with vaccine manufacturers openly admitting there are no clinical trials to show they even work — the rabid vaccine pushers are unveiling their end game: throw vaccine resistors in prison. Continue reading “USA Today columnist calls for arrest and imprisonment of vaccine skeptics”
A tiger at a Russian zoo reveals an intelligent skill only previously ever seen in … amused human children on a snow day — the ability to build a snowman.
Zookeepers at the Kaliningrad Zoo say they first thought someone was throwing giant snowballs into the enclosure of Tanya, its endangered Siberian tiger. Continue reading “Siberian Tiger entertains herself by building a snowman”
Up to 10,000 Syrian refugees, most of them Muslims, will be resettled in cities throughout the U.S. in 2015, with that figure expected to surge to near 75,000 over the next five years.
While some of the planned destinations for these refugees are starting to leak out, the big question is: where will they be going? Continue reading “Secret planting of up to 75,000 Syrian Muslims begins in U.S.”
Anti-Media – by Sydney Barakat
(ANTIMEDIA) Residents in the city of Gardena, California have recently reported a foul-smelling, black sludge coming from their sinks, yet the Golden State Water Company claims that this grotesque “water” is safe to drink. And furthermore, it doesn’t sound like they are doing much to test the tap water for local residents.
Customers even gathered samples of the water for the water company to test, and they still refused to test the samples because they needed “special tubes” to do so. Continue reading “California City Says Black, Sediment-Filled Tap Water is “Safe to Drink””
Well this is being posted in the disaster category of the World section as that was what was kind of predicated, but hey that’s not what happened and we’re glad of it.
Winter Storm Juno was being billed as being a massive blizzard but it wasn’t.
Predications of 30 inches of snow for New York City were put to shame as a small percentage of that guestimate instead settled on the ground. Continue reading “Phew!!! New York’s Non-Blizzard of 2015”
