The family of a 13-year-old Florida boy plans to file a complaint against police after a video posted online shows a cop kicking the teen to the ground while is hands were apparently restrained behind him.
The teenager, Keven Jean Baptiste, said his legs were kicked out from under him after police were called to the Boynton Beach street where he was tossed off a school bus for refusing to close a window.

Earlier this week First Lady Michelle Obama urged schoolchildren to monitor their parents for racially insensitive comments because Federal laws can only go so far in stopping racism.
While we don’t have any racially insensitive incidents against African Americans to report at this time, maybe Mrs. Obama can assist us with the insensitive and racist actions taken by organizers of the annual White Privilege Conference held in Madison, Wisconsin. Several years ago after I became convinced that there is a chemtrail spraying agenda, I decided that I would not fly again, even though I would like to visit some far off places since, basically, I’m retired. My late husband and I enjoyed numerous trips abroad, so traveling by plane is not new to me, and I also did it for business trips too. A number of Philadelphia city judges will stand trial in the coming weeks after being accused of organizing a ticket-fixing scheme that benefited politically-connected members of the city, an issue that compelled officials to ban traffic court altogether.
After a delay, Monday opening statements in the corruption trial were scheduled to begin next week. The trial aims to determine whether six current and former judges are guilty of the 77 counts they were indicted for.
