In the morning, when the staff came in, they would discover the dogs out of their respective cages, running around and looting food from the kitchen.

The IDF practice of firing a missile at a civilian home to warn the occupants to leave the building before a larger attack, has been caught on film. Amnesty International has decried “roof knocking,” saying it in no way constitutes an “effective warning.”

DARPA – known widely as the mad science division of the Pentagon – is always at the leading edge of finding more creative and effective means of killing. This time they’ve chosen a name that conjures up precision slicing – the EXACTO (Extreme Accuracy Tasked Ordnance). Perfect for snipers.
