Military’s mission doesn’t include enforcement, so smugglers cross Rio Grande right in front of them
Conservative Review – by Daniel Horowitz
Does the United States military exist only to defend the borders of foreign countries in the Middle East or is it allowed to defend the borders of the U.S. against terrorist cartels, espionage, infiltrations, and smuggling?
It might sound like an uncanny question given that our military was likely created exclusively to defend our own borders, but, according to one Homeland Security official I spoke to, the White House is still convinced that our own military cannot be used for what one would think of as the quintessential purpose of its existence. A Maryland man was arrested on Sunday after he interrupted an event at the St. Mary’s County library which featured drag queens reading to young children. Many critics believe this is an attempt to groom kids to the LGBT agenda.
Ashley Kyle Morgan, 42, came to the event at 1:40pm but was denied access to the room where the readings were happening. Fairfax, VA – -(Ammoland.com)- Anti-gun lawmakers, including some of those vying for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination, are becoming increasingly open about their desire to confiscate firearms from law-abiding citizens and jail those who don’t comply. Perhaps taking a cue from their strident federal allies, this trend has trickled down to state politicians.
On June 11, anti-gun Illinois state lawmakers Sen. Julie Morrison and Rep. Bob Morgan held a “townhall” meeting in Deerfield, Ill. The NRA state affiliate, the Illinois State Rifle Association, encouraged members to attend the meeting and ask Morrison about her sponsorship of SB107. Continue reading “Illinois Sen. Denver, CO — In a likely move to bolster the city’s bottom line, Denver Park Rangers are stepping up efforts to catch people speeding. No, they aren’t going after cars driving on the road, they are going after bicycles who are driving on the designated bicycle path.
Throughout parks in the city, the set speed limit for riding a bicycle is apparently 15 miles per hour. Rangers have setup speed traps around parks, using radar guns to clock people on bicycles who would dare cross that threshold.
