As details emerge about the Texas fertilizer plant that was the site of Wednesday’s fatal explosion and fire, a few tidbits can be gleaned from a 2007 lawsuit that the plant’s owners filed against agribusiness giant Monsanto Co. MON +1.08%

The suit, filed as a potential class action in U.S. District Court for the western district of Texas, claimed that Monsanto had artificially inflated prices for its herbicide Roundup through anti-competitive actions. The suit did not relate to storing fertilizer, believed to be at the root of Wednesday’s blast.   Continue reading “Before the Blast, West Fertilizer’s Monsanto Lawsuit”

Victory Post – by Lucas Bowser

The Boston Bomber suspects’ mother is claiming that the FBI was in contact with her son. She claims in an interview with Russia Today that “they were controlling every step of him…” She says, “He was controlled by FBI for like, three, five years. They knew what my son was doing.” Their father is saying something similar. “Somebody clearly framed them. I don’t know who exactly framed them, but they did.”

Because the mainstream media outlets continue to treat questions concerning the possibility of false flag terrorism in the Boston Bombing as absurd, the alternative media is left with the job of investigating this angle. For those considering this possibility, the evidence of drills is key in determining if the attacks might have been carried out through the establishment bureaucracy. So how likely is it that there were drills being run at the Boston Marathon?   Continue reading “Was the Boston Bombing a “Dry-Run Disaster” Gone Live?”

The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) has quietly joined the growing parade of western nations who have quietly re-written banking laws to allow depositor bail-ins upon the next banking crisis.
If Switzerland, the once ultimate safe haven for banking deposits across the world is preparing to confiscate depositors funds, there truly is no protection anywhere other than physical gold and silver in your own possession!

In the event that a bank is failing or where its capitalization is no longer adequate, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (“FINMA”) may take measures to improve such bank’s financial viability rather than liquidating it. “Loss absorption” and “bail-in” are important instruments to support any such measures.   Continue reading “Switzerland Revises 1934 Banking Act To Allow Bail-In Deposit Confiscations!”

Veterans Today – by Jim Fetzer

In a performance that would have made the Marx Brothers proud, DHS and the FBI managed to turn themselves in an international joke with their amateurish “false flag” attack in Boston during the marathon.

The alternative media, such as Citizens for Legitimate Government (CLG) and Whatreallyhappened.com, were far ahead of the “official” investigation and had already turned up photos of men in military garb and distinctive baseball caps that featured a skull logo, talking on cell phones and carrying backpacks that looked just like those that had been used in the bombings.   Continue reading “Some “hard lessons” from the Boston bombing”

Journalists had a series of tense clashes with police officers as they moved in on the suspect in the Boston bombing case. Police repeatedly told reporters that they risked jeopardizing the search for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the 19-year-old who is being sought by authorities. As law enforcement surrounded a house in Cambridge, MA, the tensions mounted even more.

CNN and “Today” put their feeds on a delay as the siege continued. CNN’s Jake Tapper said the network did not want to show anything that was “overly violent” or would compromise security.   Continue reading “Boston Police Clash With Reporters As Hunt For Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Continues”
