New York State is the testing ground my fellow Americans. Yes I know, some people in the country believe Obama and other politicians when they say they are not coming for your guns. But lo and behold there is a form of gun confiscation taking place in New York. In New York they are revoking gun permits and confiscating guns if you are on anti-anxiety medication. In fact, according to one report, not only is the Second Amendment being violated, but HIPAA laws are being compromised and there is violation of the Fourth and Fifth Amendment in some cases.   Continue reading “NY Gun Confiscation Starts & May Set Precedent For Gun Confiscation Across The Nation”

The need is clear for anarchists to become productively independent in the effort to cut the necessity to remain in the constructs of capitalism and hierarchy. The reason why black bloc has failed to accomplish autonomy from the state is because this tactic requires being somewhere in which that voice can be heard. But in these major cities there are rules that you must follow, which form legal pressure and natural pressure. In these environments, whatever goods that must be surcharged out of necessity, must come from exploitative capitalism because there is no other way of obtaining needed goods in places where protesting is worth doing. Protesting can not provide a solution because protesters have to be sustained by the products of capitalism. Cyclical consumption is, then, not the enemy of activists.  It is the means.   Continue reading “The Project For Productive Independence”

The sniper is the most efficient of soldiers. The current military emphasis on firepower, combined with the use of deterrent suppressive fire, has seen the number of small arms rounds fired per casualty inflicted rise from several hundred at the start of this century to tens if not hundreds of thousands in modern high-intensity conflicts. Through all this, snipers have maintained a rate of approximately 1.3 rounds per casualty.   Continue reading “Cartridges for Silenced Sniper Rifle”

The Toomey (R) – Manchin (D) deal is said to involve gives and takeaways to gun owner rights.  But David Addington at Heritage has written a smart analysis of at least one peril that America faces with the plan.

The STM bill fuzzes up the law prohibiting a federal gun registry. First, the legislation says that nothing in the legislation shall be construed to allow establishment of a federal firearms registry. In addition, it says that the Attorney General may not consolidate or centralize records of firearms acquisition and disposition maintained by licensed importers, manufacturers, and dealers, and by buyers and sellers at gun shows (and makes it a crime for him to do so).   Continue reading “The Coming Federal Gun Registry”

Why? It’s simple. The scientists don’t know what they’re doing. They have no clear objectives, and the notion of building an accurate picture of a few trillion neurons in action is as far from reality as a flea painting the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel.

The utopian technocrats, who’ve been predicting that, by the middle of this century, they will create an artificial brain that outstrips the one inside the skull, are suddenly on vacation. They’re mumbling and backing away.   Continue reading “Obama’s new brain-mapping project is already a Lilliputian disaster”

Though serious questions remain about the nuclear threat posed by North Korea, a recently disclosed assessment by the Pentagon claims that Pyongyang has the ability to assemble a nuclear weapon small enough for launch via ballistic missile.

The new information came at a Thursday budget session of the House Armed Services Committee, where US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel claimed all the same that North Korea is still not able to attack the US with a missile carrying a nuclear warhead. At the same conference, National Intelligence Director James Clapper claimed that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un’s latest threats are simply a bid to “elicit recognition from the world, specifically the United States … of North Korea’s arrival on the scene as a nuclear power.”   Continue reading “N.
