The American College of Cardiology (ACC) and the American Heart Association (AHA) have released new guidelines to address escalating rates of heart attack and stroke among adult populations. But rather than encourage people to stop eating refined sugars and processed flours, two of the biggest culprits responsible for high cholesterol and atherosclerosis, these Big Pharma-backed groups are pushing to more than double the number of people currently taking statin drugs.   Continue reading “Cardiologists on Big Pharma kickbacks release new statin drug guidelines in effort to double prescriptions”

Mass hysteria is reverberating throughout the mainstream media following a relatively minor outbreak of meningitis at Princeton University in New Jersey. As you may already know, officials at the school have responded to seven identified cases of the illness by considering a call for all students to be offered an unapproved meningitis vaccine from Europe. But here to bring reason to the situation is Dr. Sherri Tenpenny, DO, AOBNMM, ABIHM, who rightly points out in a recent blog posting that, like most others, this latest mass vaccination campaign lacks both rational thought and scientific merit.   Continue reading “What you should know about Princeton’s unapproved meningitis vaccine push”

Eating fish is supposed to be good for you, but between Fukushima, farmed fish fed GMOs, and water pollution, there aren’t too many fish left that are not hazardous to your health. There are alarming and potential drawbacks of consuming certain species of fish and Tilapia is one of them.

Health experts typically recommend to consume fish with high levels ofomega-3 fatty acids. These healthy fats are plentiful in wild Alaskan salmon, particularly sockeye salmon. Wild salmon from Alaska is also less likely to contain mercury and organic contaminants than other species. Less expensive choices are sardines and herring, all of which provide omega-3s and are less likely to be contaminated with PCBs than larger carnivorous fish such as tuna.   Continue reading “Why You Should Avoid Consuming Tilapia”

America’s top central banker has given his cautious blessing to bitcoin, the virtual currency that famously requires no central bank.

In a letter ahead of today’s congressional hearings, US Federal Reserve chairman Ben Bernanke mostly distanced himself from virtual currencies, saying the Fed “does not necessarily have authority to directly supervise or regulate these innovations or the entities that provide them to the market.” But he also said that bitcoin and its ilk “may hold long-term promise, particularly if the innovations promote a faster, more secure and more efficient payment system.”   Continue reading “Ben Bernanke’s letter to Congress: Bitcoin and other virtual currencies “may hold long-term promise””

Many years ago, man was told the land was theirs to do with as they wished. Informed they may live on this land, survive of this land, raise a family on this land. Man soon began to realize that this wasn’t the case. They began to realize in order to “own” this land, one must pay “taxes” to THE MAN, have the right “deeds”, grow the “crops” THEY say to grow, and have the livestock which are to feed others. By doing so the land was no longer owned by the individual, but owned by the government. As the “money” began to come in, more taxes were to be paid, more papers to be filed out. The land was fully taken from the family which lived there and told was theirs.   Continue reading “Where the Control Lies”
