Bunkerville NV (KTNV) — There’s new information on the showdown at the Bundy Ranch.

A new study claims the militia response was organized, a crime, and should be prosecuted. More than 200 militia convened in Bunkerville for several weeks after the Bureau of Land Management started rounding up rancher Cliven Bundy’s cattle for failing to pay grazing fees to use public land.

The Southern Poverty Law Center said Bundy’s show of support from right-wing conservatives was not a grassroots effort, but an organized response representative of a much larger threat. Judicial Watch

The nation’s most violent street gangs—including Mara Salvatrucha—are actively recruiting new members at U.S. shelters housing illegal immigrant minors and they’re using Red Cross phones to communicate, a Homeland Security source tells Judicial Watch.

JW has reported extensively on the crisis created by the sudden influx of mostly Central American minors that have crossed into the U.S. through the Mexican border in recent weeks. It has created havoc and will end up costing American taxpayers billions of dollars to house, process, medically treat, feed and inevitably educate the Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) which are being dispersed throughout the country. For more than three days Israel has executed a bombing campaign on the Gaza Strip, home to more than 1.5 million Palestinians. Several hundred airstrikes on civilian-dominated areas were ordered by the Israeli military, killing at least 91 people, according to the Gaza Health Ministry.

TOKYO — Tropical storm Neoguri skirted past the crippled Fukushima nuclear plant on Japan’s east coast Friday and blew out to sea, leaving behind it a trail of destruction and several people dead.

Just days after announcing the arrest of an intelligence officer on charges of spying for the United States, German authorities say they are investigating a second individual on suspicion of espionage. Federal prosecutors said yesterday that the individual in question is a German citizen and is under “initial suspicion of activity for an intelligence agency” of a foreign country.

They refused to provide further information and added that an arrest had not yet been made. But German newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung said on Wednesday that the subject of the investigation is suspected of spying for the United States. A Tampa, Florida, man was shot and killed by members of a SWAT team executing a search warrant over small-time marijuana sales on May 27. Jason Westcott, 29, becomes the 25th person to die in US domestic drug law enforcement operations so far this year.

According to the Tampa Bay Times article, a Tampa Police SWAT team executing a warrant for marijuana sales knocked on the door of the home shared by Westcott and his roommate on the evening of the 27th, but both men were sleeping. A Mexican federal judge sent Andrew Tahmooressi back to prison after the U.S. Marine sergeant made his first official courtroom appearance since being locked up more than three months ago for accidentally crossing the border with guns in his pickup truck.

The 26-year-old veteran of two tours in Afghanistan was finally able to tell his story to a judge, after his case had been delayed by both Mexico’s unpredictable legal system and his own trouble settling on a lawyer. LOS ANGELES — Drivers in a long-running labor dispute with three trucking companies at the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach began what they said would be an indefinite strike Monday.

The impact on the movement of cargo around the sprawling port complex, the main gateway for hundreds of billions of dollars of trade with Asia, was limited in the strike’s first hours.
