I do not think 2015 will be a very good year. Paul Craig Roberts recently said America is on the brink of economic collapse and war. I am less fearful of nuclear war than he is primarily because the war efforts of those who aligned themselves with Israel, the Security-Military Complex and Wall Street have not been successful of late against Vladimir Putin and Russia. I agree that Wall Street would love to have a war to let the voters blame the Russians for the economic woes which the Bankers actually created.   Continue reading “Vidrebel Goes Interactive: Predictions for 2015.”

Yup, it’s another one of those stories that alerts us to the importance of carrying even while we’re at home. A quick trip to the garage can turn into the unexpected in a second.

In the small village of Heartwell, NE, James Kuehn, a community leader, was walking out to his garage in the morning to get ready for vacation. When he tried to open the door, he noticed that something was in the way.

When we went over to investigate, he saw his gun safe laying on the floor along with a man standing over it that he did not know. He also noticed a tow line coming from a pickup truck which was laying near the gun safe.   Continue reading “Nebraska Concealed Carrier Stops Armed Home Robbery”

Security move people in Martin Place (15 Dec 2014)BBC News

At least one gunman has taken several people hostage at a cafe in the centre of the Australian city of Sydney.

Pictures on Australian television have shown at least three people with their hands up against a window, and a black flag with Arabic writing.

Hundreds of armed police have sealed off the normally busy Martin Place in Sydney’s central business district.   Continue reading “Sydney siege: Hostages held in central cafe”

The Senate Intelligence Committee’s report on the CIA’s extensive use of torture reveals that the agency regularly misled the White House and Congress about the information it had obtained from detainees and used techniques that are far more brutal than it — or former Bush administration officials — had previously acknowledged.

For instance, President George W. Bush insisted that “[t]his government does not torture people” and claimed that the intelligence it produced was instrumental to preventing terrorism on American soil and capturing high-value targets, including Osama bin Laden. But the Committee’s five year investigation — and examination of more than six million CIA documents — reveals all of those assertions to be false.   Continue reading “17 Disgraceful Facts Buried In The Senate’s 600 Page Torture Report”

Day #2 HEREDay #3 HEREDay #4 HEREDay #5 HERE

To say the last 24 hours of research has uncovered significant information would be the understatement of the year.

We are going to attempt to share the discoveries and keep the text digestible, but the depth here is really consuming. So we’ll start with a troubling outline of the investigation and then share more alarming evidence of big trouble in a small town.   Continue reading “Mississippi Burning – Day #6 – The Murder of Jessica Lane Chambers Exposes Massive Problems In Panola County Mississippi…”

KUTV 2 – by Heidi Hatch

(KUTV) Case closed. Nearly 40 years after a Salt Lake City teen filed a police report, the now 53-year-old gets the closure he never expected.

Richard Pittenger was victim to a smash grab back in 1977.  He was 16 at the time and on a date and parked his truck on 1700 South and State Street. When he came outside his window was busted and his 20-gauge Wingmaster shotgun was gone.     Continue reading “SLC man gets stolen shotgun back 37 years after it was taken”

Israeli army officials are outraged over a leaked IDF’s video analysis of two Palestinian sea-borne heroic commando raids during the recent onslaught on Gaza.

The nearly six-minute-long debriefing video and audio is made of an amalgam of CCTV footage from secretive army human and electronic surveillance outposts close to the beach at the northern end of the Gaza Strip. The video reveals an outstanding Palestinian heroism, but it also exposes the level of  surveillance coverage around Israel’s border.  The cuts are taken from various locations, angles and heights, include manned and remote watch towers, helicopters, drones, seaborne weapons-systems viewfinders and targeting systems, all synced together in order to track the Palestinian commandos.   Continue reading “Israelis Are Furious Over A Leaked IDF Video”

Truth Dig – by Alexander Reed Kelly

With the passage of the 2015 federal budget bill, JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon got lawmakers to repeal a key part of the 2010 Dodd-Frank financial reform law and allow banks to use the savings accounts of ordinary Americans to gamble in the stock market on behalf of hedge funds, corporations and the rich.

A former senior Treasury official in the Obama administration told the Washington Post that the law restores the ability of banks to use the same practices that helped bring down the global economy in 2008. “This was the epicenter of the crisis,” they said. “This is what brought AIG down, what brought Lehman Brothers down.”   Continue reading “President Obama Just Gave Your Savings Account to JP Morgan”

Activist Post – by Ellen Brown

On December 11, 2014, the US House passed a bill repealing the Dodd-Frank requirement that risky derivatives be pushed into big-bank subsidiaries, leaving our deposits and pensions exposed to massive derivatives losses. The bill was vigorously challenged by Senator Elizabeth Warren; but the tide turned when Jamie Dimon, CEO of JPMorganChase, stepped into the ring. Perhaps what prompted his intervention was the unanticipated $40 drop in the price of oil. As financial blogger Michael Snyder points out, that drop could trigger a derivatives payout that could bankrupt the biggest banks. And if the G20’s new “bail-in” rules are formalized, depositors and pensioners could be on the hook.   Continue reading “The Global Bankers’ Coup Coming to US with Bail-In Bill”

Spending Bill Grants Half-Billion to ISIS-Linked Syrian RebelsInfowars – by Kit Daniels

The $1.1 trillion federal spending bill rammed through Congress provides a half-billion dollars to arm and train ISIS-linked Syrian rebels who could potentially launch terrorist attacks against the U.S.

Section 9016 of the spending bill authorizes the Secretary of Defense $500,000,000 to equip “appropriately vetted elements of the Syrian opposition” who will defend “the Syrian people from attacks by the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant,” but back in September ISIS signed a truce with the remaining rebel groups and they are now working together against the Syrian government.   Continue reading “Spending Bill Grants Half-Billion to ISIS-Linked Syrian Rebels”

What is a more uncomfortable feeling than relinquishing all of the items that are normally part of your EDC kit?

Here’s one: relinquishing those items and boarding a plane to fly across the country.

For many preppers, a worst-case scenario for us would be if the SHTF while we were traveling.  If your journey is by car, you can be fairly well-prepared. However, if you are flying, the TSA has basically neutered our ability to care for ourselves in the event of a disaster situation, you know, “for the safety and security of the traveling public,” to use their own words. Didn’t these rulemakers see the movie Cast Away or the series Lost? If your plane crashed and you were stranded on a deserted island, how on earth are you supposed to open a coconut with what you’re allowed to bring along?   Continue reading “Don’t Fly Without These 20 TSA-Approved Items in Your Prepper’s Carry-on Bag”
