Law Enforcement Lobby Deploys Heavy-Handed Scare Tactics

Senator Mitchell’s Bill, SB 443, Would Have Required Conviction Before Forfeiture

SACRAMENTO, CA — Civil asset forfeiture reform legislation authored by Senator Holly Mitchell (D-Los Angeles) and David Hadley (R-Torrance) failed to pass the Assembly Floor today after extraordinary efforts by law enforcement to defeat it, including personal calls to legislators’ cell phones and other scare tactics. Despite bipartisan support and nearly unanimous votes at every previous juncture, SB 443 could not survive the Assembly Floor vote today. However, the bill was granted reconsideration, meaning it can be taken up for another floor vote tomorrow, the final day of session, if the authors so choose. The science on global warming is settled, so settled that 20 climate scientists are asking President Barack Obama to prosecute people who disagree with them on the science behind man-made global warming.

Scientists from several universities and research centers even asked Obama to use the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) to prosecute groups that “have knowingly deceived the American people about the risks of climate change, as a means to forestall America’s response to climate change.”   Continue reading “Scientists Ask Obama To Prosecute Global Warming Skeptics”

The abuse inflicted upon Boise resident Brian J. McNelis by the Ada County Sheriff’s Office is infuriatingly commonplace in post-constitutional America. The legal vindication he won last May, following a five-year legal ordeal, was very much out of the ordinary. Following a four-day federal civil trial in which McNelis represented himself, a jury ruled that former Ada County Sheriff’s Deputy Stephen Craig had perjured himself in order to obtain the warrant that led to a January 6, 2010 raid on McNelis’s home.   Continue reading “Cops Frame Innocent Man, Take His Children, Award him 1 Dollar for Destroying his Life”

He’s here. The Pope. And his covert Jesuit message is: let’s get rid of separate nations, eliminate private profit for the middle class, and return to those glorious days of the Middle Ages; my Church flourishes under those conditions; we know how to deal with wall-to-wall misery; oh, and here’s the collection plate.

He’s part of the international gang that throws around the word “capitalism” as if it’s a mortal sin.   Continue reading “The Pope Appeareth”

(Editor’s Note: Even if you are against all synthetic drugs and feel they should never be taken under any circumstances, this type of criminality and lack of basic decency typifies the sordid state of Big Pharma healthcare.)

After purchasing the rights to a drug that prevents infections in people with weakened immune systems, including AIDS patients and cancer survivors undergoing chemotherapy, a pharmaceutical company has raised the price of the drug by 5,000%. Instead of paying $13.50 per pill, patients with life-threatening illnesses are now forced to pay $750 per pill.   Continue reading “Big Pharma Company Buys Patent Rights To Life-Saving Drug And Raises Price By 5,000 Percent”

An academic says he and his colleagues have demonstrated a major breakthrough in the quest for invisibility, and he has the military’s attention.

Boubacar Kante, a professor at the University of California-San Diego, and his colleagues tested the first effective “dielectric metasurface cloak.” That’s a fancy way of describing a super-thin, non-metal material that manipulates electromagnetic waves, including visible light and radio waves.   Continue reading “Breakthrough in cloaking technology grabs military’s attention”

When a jury gathers next week for the trial of two men charged with the murder of a U.S. federal agent, it will not hear any details of how two guns found at the murder scene were part of a U.S. government-sanctioned weapon program, a federal judge has ruled.

Friday morning, U.S. District Court Judge David Bury agreed with U.S. prosecutors to keep the details of Operation Fast and Furious out of the upcoming trial for the murder of U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry.   Continue reading “Judge rules to keep Operation Fast and Furious out of Terry murder trial”

In a remarkable admission, the former director of the Race to the Top (RttT) competitive grant program and chief of staff to U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan says the federal government “forced” full support for adoption of the Common Core standards from each state by requiring its governor, chief state school officer, and head of the state board of education to sign off on the grant application.   Continue reading “Feds Admit U.S. Education Department ‘Forced’ States To Accept Common Core From Its Start”

In one of the most important legal (lawful) actions that has ever taken place in America, Thomas Deegan, Phil Hudok and Gene Stalnaker filed a complaint against the STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA for fraud. They did an excellent job of nailing down all of the facts as well as naming the guilty parties in their state. All 50 states have been set up with the same for-profit corporate structure.   Continue reading “West Virginians file suit against the government corporation!”

In April 2012, Aaron Dykes of Truthstream Media reported that statistically speaking, polio had been eradicated in India, but the statistics don’t tell the whole story.

In fact, he noted, there was a spike in “non-polio acute flaccid paralysis (NPAFP) – the very types of crippling problems it was hoped would disappear with polio but which have instead flourished from a new cause.” How could that happen in a nation where polio had ostensibly been eradicated?   Continue reading “Polio vaccines causing worldwide surge in childhood paralysis cases”

The enslavement of humanity is replete throughout history. The reason is simple. The nature of societies allows corrupt sociopaths and malicious methods of domination to rule. The chronicles of any era clearly documents that liberty is rare. Inherent Autonomy is the intrinsic nature of the human condition. However, in the eternal struggle to achieve individual freedom, governments operate as overseers in invented schemes to herd human beasts into inhuman subjugation. The rule of the rulers over the resistance of the ruled is reality.   Continue reading “The Handbook of Human Ownership”

Much of America’s political focus has understandably been on the 2016 presidential race. There is, however, a more immediate problem on the horizon.

Congress has two weeks to pass a measure to keep the government funded beyond Sept. 30. If no agreement is reached, federal agencies could be shuttered again — the second time in three years.   Continue reading “Another Government Shutdown Looms At The End Of The Month”

The Cuban Commission on Human Rights and National Reconciliation claims an operation is underway in Havana, Holguin and Santiago – cities the pontiff will visit between today and Tuesday.

The activism group says authorities have jailed “thousands of beggars, panhandlers, ragamuffins, the mentally ill and other vulnerable wanderers, most of them homeless”.

It also alleges that the operation was approved by Cuba’s highest authorities.   Continue reading “Cuba accused of rounding up thousands of homeless and JAILING them before Pope visit”

The United States will take in 15,000 more refugees from around the world next year, increasing the current level to 85,000, and to 100,000 in 2017, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said after talks with his German counterpart on Sunday.

The remarks may show an increasing willingness of the United States to help cope with the mass migration of Syrians although the offer is modest when compared with the hundreds of thousands that are moving alone to Europe and in particular, Germany.   Continue reading “Kerry says U.S. ready to take more refugees”

Due to dwindling capacity for existing aborted fetal cell lines to self-replicate, scientists in China have developed a new aborted fetal cell line, WALVAX 2 that will be used for viral vaccine production.  The existing cell lines, MRC-5 and WI-38 are currently used in MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis-A, Shingles, some rabies and some polio vaccines.   Continue reading “New Aborted Fetal Cell Line Emerges for Vaccine Production”

The University of California Board of Regents held their much-anticipated meeting at UC Irvine on Thursday, purportedly to decide whether or not to adopt the U.S. State Department’s official definition of Anti-Semitism for the UC system. They held a lively public comment period with over fifty speakers waiting in line, who were given exactly one minute each to speak.

Many people are unaware that the UC Board of Regents President is none other than “Big Sis,” former Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano!   Continue reading “Jewish Woman Victimized By ‘Anti-Semitic’ Slurs Such as “Zionist Jews Were Responsible For 9/11!” Prove That New Anti-Semitism Protections Are Needed At UC Campuses”
