govtrollsmay7-2.jpgAll News Pipeline – by Susan Duclos

During my morning routine of hunting through hundreds of articles to determine what to add to the “Hot News… Around the Web” section of All News PipeLine’s front page, I ran across a piece of at Rumor Mill News that gave me what many will understand as an “AHA” moment where pieces of a puzzle, the big picture so to speak, simply assembled itself in my head, showing an insidious, long term plan and implementation of that plan, to destroy Alternative Media from within.   Continue reading “Divide And Conquer – Who Are The Puppet Masters Behind The Attempt To Destroy Alternative Media?”

The collection of telephone metadata by US intelligence services “exceeds the scope of what Congress has authorized,” a federal appeals court has ruled in a major blow to the National Security Agency.

On Thursday, the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit said the American Civil Liberties Union can sue the director of national intelligence over the NSA’s bulk collection program, reversing a ruling handed down more than a year earlier.   Continue reading “NSA’s telephone metadata collection not authorized by Patriot Act – appeals court”

Zero Hedge – by Tyler Durden

Since the end of QE3 (and the end of the government’s fiscal year), US macroeconomic data has disappointed and weakened on an unprecedented scale. With April data not showing the post-weather bounce that every sell-side economist is hoping for, the absolute level of macro weakness was only marginally weaker in the past in the aftermath of the Lehman crisis.   Continue reading “US Macro Data Has Never Collapsed This Fast”

34-Funny-Stupid-Warning-Labels-to-Laugh-at-and-Avoid-headerNIT Data

While a product, box or barrel has little meaning without a label for identification, labels are glanced over and taken for granted. In the process of labeling products, it appears there are people who are a little too creative, about to quit their job, possibly tipsy or just plain full of themselves.  We take product identification and warning labels very seriously but still pause to chuckle at what seems absurd, crazy, over the top… and maybe a little stupid.    Continue reading “34 Funny & Stupid Warning Labels to Laugh at and Avoid”

annanThe American Spectator – by James Taylor

Marie Antoinette may or may not have said “Let them eat cake” at the outset of the French Revolution 200-plus years ago, but former United Nations General Secretary Kofi Annan just made Marie Antoinette’s alleged dictate seem downright magnanimous. Pointing his finger at America and other Western democracies, Annan this week said Americans should begin eating insects to do our part to address the fictitious global warming crisis.

Complaining about a “rapidly growing middle class,” Annan told the Guardian that more people being able to afford beef and chicken is causing “a major threat to the climate” because raising livestock produces global warming emissions. “There are alternative sources of protein,” said Annan. “Insects have a very good conversion rate from feed to meat.”   Continue reading “Former UN Chief: Americans Should Eat Insects To Fight Global Warming”

EricksonThe Memory Hole – by James Tracy

On this week’s Real Politik James speaks with Norma Erickson, president of Sanevax Inc. Founded in 2010, Sanevax is an international clearinghouse of information and advocacy concerning one of big pharma’s most corrupt and dangerous profit-generating schemes: the HPV vaccine. Amazingly, the HPV vaccine is recommended by several governments as a preventative to cervical cancer. Yet there is no evidence that HPV is in any way related to such cancer. At the same time the pharmaceutical company’s own studies indicate that 2.5% of women who receive the vaccine–that’s 2,500 for every 100,000–will have one or more adverse reactions. Such figures are corroborated by the number of adverse reactions reported to the Centers for Disease Control since the mid-2000s when Gardasil hit the market.   Continue reading “The Most Dangerous Vaccine”

Chipotle GMO Ban Meets Media Propaganda Damage ControlNutritional Anarchy

Last week, folks who are particular about what they eat rejoiced that there was finally a place that they could go get a taco without being exposed to genetically modified organisms.  Chipotle, the popular Mexican fast food chain, announced that their menu would be free of GMOs.

In an immediate paroxysm of denial, the corporate-funded media immediately went about bashing Chipotle for the company’s decision to provide consumers with a GMO-free option to the Big Agri/Big Food offerings out there.   Continue reading “Chipotle Bans GMOs; Media Goes into Full Propaganda Damage Control Mode”
