Sheriff Glenn Palmer has given notice he intends to sue the city of John Day and its employees for a list of allegations stemming from actions related to the occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.

Palmer’s attorney, Benjamin Boyd from Hostetter Law Group in Enterprise, sent a tort claim notice received by the city April 4 that states Palmer will assert claims for damages against the city, John Day dispatch employees, City Manager Peggy Gray and Police Chief Richard Gray. The notice is required before filing a lawsuit against a public body.   Continue reading “Sheriff Palmer intends to sue city of John Day, employees”

China has announced that on April 19th, they’re going to be releasing a gold-backed Yuan, that’s not convertible to U.S. Dollars.

What this means to you is that as economies and currencies around the world become increasingly unstable, as is happening now, China’s Yuan will replace the U.S. Dollar as the world’s international currency, by demand of international businesses.

After the U.S. Dollar is destroyed by inflation, as arithmetic dictates it must be, your landlord and your grocer may begin to demand Yuans as well. “Our government” may allow it, because they’re already trying to sell the place to the Chinese.   Continue reading “Don’t touch the Yuan”

The recall covers certain model 1500 pickups from the 2014 and 2015 model years. GM says a steel cable that connects the belts to the trucks can wear and separate over time. If that happens, the belts could come loose.   Continue reading “GM to Recall Over 1 Million Pickups to Fix Seat Belt Problem”

March 9, 2016 Press Release from State Senator Bob Hall

(Austin, TXTexas election laws are not being followed in many counties. Without this consistency, and with the “it’s the way we do it” attitude, this has greatly opened the door to fraud.  The true intent of the Legislature was to ensure voter integrity at the highest expectation is achieved.  Unwarranted waivers allowing election officials to ignore law that was intended to protect the integrity of elections and a blatant disregard for the intent of the legislature is creating unprecedented opportunity for voting fraud in Texas.    Continue reading “Validity And Integrity Of Texas Elections Is Being Compromised”

“It is deceiving a people to tell them they are electors, and can choose their legislators, if they cannot, in the nature of things, choose men from among themselves, and genuinely like themselves.”

Following are four essays by THE FEDERAL FARMER

. . . . It being impracticable for the people to assemble to make laws, they must elect legislators, and assign men to the different departments of the government. In the representative branch we must expect chiefly to collect the confidence of the people, and in it to find almost entirely the force of persuasion. In forming this branch, therefore, several important considerations must be attended to. It must possess abilities to discern the situation of the people and of public affairs, a disposition to sympathize with the people, and a capacity and inclination to make laws congenial to their circumstances and condition. It must afford security against interest combinations, corruption and influence. It must possess the confidence, and have the voluntary support of the people.   Continue reading “Anti-Federalist Paper No. 55 – Will The House Of Representatives Be Genuinely Representative? A lawsuit can go forward against the maker of the rifle used in the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shootings, a judge ruled Thursday.

Superior Court Judge Barbara Bellis said that a 2005 federal law protecting gun-makers from lawsuits does not prevent lawyers for the victims’ families from arguing that the semi-automatic rifle is a military weapon and should not have been sold to civilians.   Continue reading “Judge rules Newtown families’ lawsuit against gun maker can go forward”

Dozens of killings by police in the US are being ruled justified without the public being notified, according to a Guardian study that sheds new light on the lack of official transparency surrounding the use of lethal force by law enforcement officers.

Officers involved in one in every six deaths recorded during the first quarter of 2015 have a year later been cleared of wrongdoing and returned to work despite no announcements being made by authorities or local media reports appearing.   Continue reading “Dozens of killings by US police ruled justified without public being notified”

Liberty Blitzkrieg – by Michael Krieger

The increased use of eminent domain to transfer property to powerful political interests, the ramifications of the wars on terrorism and drugs, and the violation of the property rights of bondholders in the auto-bailout case have weakened the tradition of strong adherence to the rule of law in United States. We believe these factors have contributed to the sharp decline in the rating for the legal-system area.

To a large degree, the United States has experienced a significant move away from rule of law and toward a highly regulated, politicized, and heavily policed state.   Continue reading “The Goldman Sachs Settlement Is an Abomination and Insult to All American Citizens”

The following archive paints a chilling portrait of what is really going on in the upper echelons of the ruling elite here in America. The story involves children from orphanages in Nebraska being flown around the United States by top Republican officials in order to engage in child sex orgies with America’s ruling elite. It is a fact that during the 1980’s, child sexual services were provided by top Republican officials to key, bureaucrats and diplomats but most importantly, there is a chilling proximity of all of these events and personalities, to the President of the United States at the time, George H.W. Bush. And there have been victims who claim that the President himself engaged in the activities. It is a tale of child sex, murder, espionage, blackmail, and huge payoffs. And all the players are involved. From the White House to the CIA to the media barrons to the Republican elite – right down to the orphanages where they procured their victims.   Continue reading “The Child Prostitution Ring that Reached Bush Whitehouse”

Are you sick of hearing me talk about dandelions yet? 😉 Well, I promise today’s post is really fun and exciting – we’re making syrup! You know, like for pancakes and waffles! I’d already been making my own syrup because that “Aunt Jemima” nonsense they sell at the store is just gross – it’s way too sweet, way too thick, and way too loaded with nasty artificial additives and preservatives. Blechh, it’s nasty just to think about it. Ok, happy thoughts, happy thoughts…  Continue reading “Homemade Dandelion Syrup”

Personal Liberty – by Sam Rolley

A massive new handgun tax imposed in one U.S. territory could serve as a blueprint for Democrats to ban firearms throughout the country without being shut down by the Constitution.

Late last month, a federal judge ruled unconstitutional a 40-year-old total ban on handguns in the Northern Mariana Islands. In the ruling, the judge declared: “[B]ecause the people of the Commonwealth are part of the American people who have overwhelmingly chosen handguns as their principal means of self-defense, the Second Amendment protects that right here as well.”   Continue reading “Taxpayer advocate warns taxes could kill the 2nd Amendment”

In a shocking move likely to crush the US economy overnight, China is refusing to make its new gold-backed Yuan, convertible from or to US Dollars.  The new Yuan will be introduced next Tuesday, April 19.

When the International Monetary Fund (IMF) agreed to add the Yuan to the basket of world currencies used for Global Reserves and International Trade, they wanted China to make the Yuan more reliable as a currency. Since then, China has almost un-pegged its Yuan from the Dollar, allowing its value to fluctuate on world markets.     Continue reading “China Says “No Dollars” For New Yuan”
