An infectious disease expert has warned that a deadly disease found in deer could infect humans in the near future.

Often referred to as “zombie deer” disease because of the symptoms, Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) has been reported in at least 24 states in the continental United States and in two provinces in Canada as of January 2019.   Continue reading “Can “Zombie Deer” Disease Kill Humans? Several groups on Thursday filed a lawsuit challenging the Trump administration’s policy that requires Central American asylum-seekers to wait in Mexico while their cases are decided in the U.S.

The lawsuit, filed in federal court in San Francisco, requests that a judge strike down the plan formally called “Migrant Protection Protocols” but commonly referred to as “Remain in Mexico.”    Continue reading “Lawsuit challenges Trump plan keeping asylum-seekers in Mexico until case decided”

The United States is moving its special forces closer to Venezuela as part of a covert plan to stage military intervention in the South American country, which has been engulfed by unrest over the past weeks.

Cuba said in a “Declaration of the Revolutionary Government” on Thursday that recent events in Venezuela, where US-backed opposition Juan Guaido has been challenging the leadership of President Nicolas Maduro, amounted to an attempted coup that had so far failed.   Continue reading “US preparing for military action in Venezuela: Cuba”

“Who are the militia? Are they not ourselves? Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man against his own bosom? Congress shall have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birthright of an American … The unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments, but where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the People.” — Tench Coxe, 1788.  Continue reading “Who are the militia?”

The second Wednesday of every month now holds a special significance for me. You see, this specific Wednesday, based on the numerical date of my birth, is when the Social Security Administration makes SS retiree payments to me. (Others receive it on the first Wednesday, others the third, I’m sure it took thousands of man-hours to concoct this elaborate scheme, instead of just paying everyone all at once each month.)   Continue reading “The Social Security Blues”

Dear Jeff,

These pictures from LA are exactly what I saw on my bicycle last summer. I rolled through miles of blue tarp tents, nylon tents, filth and garbage, and thousands of people who are druggies, brainless, illiterate, filthy, diseased – and there is no way out for them.

How in the hell did we go from a vibrant American Los Angeles to a filthy sh*t hole in less than 25 years? Answer – we invited it.   Continue reading “LA Drowning In Homeless Street Slums, Filth, Disease”

“[T]here is a push to pass an ‘assault weapons’ ban via a ballot initiative to amend the State Constitution,” a Monday Florida Shooters Network report warns. “This is being spearheaded by Ban Assault Weapons NOW (BAWN), a bipartisan group of gun-grabbers made up of Republican and Democrat authoritarians that want to see Floridians disarmed.”   Continue reading “Tolerating Republican Betrayals on Guns Only Encourages More Turncoats”

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President Donald Trump vowed on Thursday to declare a national emergency in an attempt to fund his U.S.-Mexico border wall without congressional approval, a step likely to plunge him into a court battle with Congress over constitutional powers.

Conceding defeat in his demand that Congress provide him with $5.7 billion in wall money, Trump agreed to sign a government funding bill that lacks money for his wall but prevents another damaging government shutdown.   Continue reading “Trump vows emergency declaration over wall, agrees to shutdown-averting bill”

Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said that she may file a legal challenge against President Trump if he declares a national emergency in order to build a southern border wall. She added that if he does this, a Democratic president could declare a national emergency to address gun violence in America.

During a press conference on Thursday, a reporter asked Pelosi about the president’s claim that he will declare a national emergency after he signs the spending bill and whether she intends to follow through on her claims to take legal action against Trump in that case.   Continue reading “Pelosi Threatens Trump: A Democratic President Can Declare an Emergency to Address Gun Violence”

King Solomon wrote, “Much study is a weariness of the flesh.” (Eccl. 12:12 KJV) I will add that it doesn’t make one a lot of friends either—especially if what one discovers through his studies cuts against the grain of commonly accepted teaching.

In my message to Liberty Fellowship last Sunday, I made the point that Zionism is one of America’s greatest threats. I do not say that lightly. Many years and untold hours of laborious study have led me to that conclusion. Only the lack of truth-preaching (including truth-preaching about Zionism) from America’s pulpits is a greater threat to our country. Beyond that, Zionism is one of the most politically protected institutions in America. No! It is THE most politically protected institution in the country. Bar none!   Continue reading “Donald Trump, John Hagee, Zionism And The Chabad”

If we don’t change a key FDA policy, that’s how much you may be forced to pay if you want to purchase CBD oil. Action Alert!

For years, consumers have benefitted from access to cheap, safe, and effective CBD oil supplements. But now the FDA says that CBD is a drug, not a supplement—a drug which will be sold for $32,500 a year. Legally the FDA could at any time remove all CBD supplements from the market, on its own volition, or if the drug company which holds drug market exclusivity requests FDA do so. Unless we change the rules, we may see a government-sponsored monopoly on CBD oil, and in the near future, additional monopolies on other cheap, safe, and effective supplements.   Continue reading “$32,500 for CBD Oil?”

Eric Gerard McGinnis was not supposed to have a gun. After a violent altercation with his girlfriend, a Texas judge barred him in 2015 from possessing a firearm. A year later, McGinnis tried to buy a gun anyway, but the purchase wouldn’t go through after a background check revealed the court order.

So, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, McGinnis obtained a barrel, stock, upper receiver and grip — and then used a 3D printer to create the gun’s firing mechanism. He assembled the parts into a short-barrel AR-15 style rifle, and headed out into the woods with what federal attorneys called a “hit list” of Democratic and Republican lawmakers, including their office and home addresses. The list was titled, “9/11/2001 list of American Terrorists.”   Continue reading “Texas Man With 3D-Printed Gun And ‘Hit List’ Of Lawmakers Sentenced To 8 Years”

The U.S. had called for a high level anti-Iran meeting in Poland. The purpose of the meeting was to bring with its allies and poodles into line with the U.S. agenda on Iran, to press them at least into issuing harsher sanctions. But the European rejected that.

The State Department then changed the agenda:   Continue reading “Netanyahoo Asks Arabs To “Advance The Common Interest Of War With Iran””

Chicago, IL — After nearly 4 years, last October, former Chicago police officer Jason Van Dyke was found guilty of 2nd degree murder and 16 counts of aggravated battery with a firearm after shooting and killing 17-year-old Laquan McDonald. In January, he was sentenced to just 6 years and 9 months in prison.

While the sentence is certainly short given the slew of crimes it appears the inmates may be trying to seek their own justice for McDonald. Continue reading “Cop Sentenced to Just 6 Years for Murdering Teen Boy Beaten By Inmates After 4 Hours in Prison”
