To settle a civil rights lawsuit that was backed by the Trump administration, the University of Michigan has agreed to change politically correct policies that were alleged to have chilled students’ free speech on campus.
The settlement comes as conservatives in the United States are growing increasingly concerned about ideological intolerance in the nation’s institutions. They say universities, which used to be bastions of free speech, are now hotbeds of far-left orthodoxy that drown out opposing voices and stifle independent thought. A heavily pregnant woman used an AR-15 to kill a home intruder after two masked men entered her home in Florida, pistol whipped her husband and violently grabbed their daughter.
Jeremy King, 34, was at his home in Lithia, Florida with his 31-year-old wife when the two armed men stormed in last Wednesday at about 9pm before pointing a gun at his head and demanding money. A suspected white supremacist has been arrested for allegedly planning to bomb a historic Colorado synagogue.

Oklahoma City, OK — In what is being called the largest-ever single day of commutations in the history of the United States, hundreds of non-violent drug offenders and other low-level non-violent offenders are being set free from Oklahoma prisons on Monday.
In a historical move, Governor Kevin Stitt signed the recommendations to release more than 450 inmates on Friday. Now, all these people whose lives were thought to be ruined because they were caught with substances deemed illegal by the state, will have a second chance at life. On October 6, around fifty U.S. commandos in northeastern Syria tasked with hunting down ISIS forces were withdrawn from territory near the Turkish border controlled by the Kurdish-Arab SDF faction.
The U.S. withdrawal was a prerequisite for a Turkish attack against the SDF which subsequently took place. The remaining hundreds of U.S. forces elsewhere in northeastern Syria were endangered in the crossfire and had to be withdrawn a few days later. According to a recent lawsuit filed by Linda Shapiro, he son needed $30,000 to bail out of the Lower Manhattan jail where he was being held. Presumably acting on maternal instinct alone, Shapiro took out the $30,000 in cash and proceeded to the jail to bond out her son.
