One of the men charged this week in a militia plot to kidnap the Democratic governor of Michigan shared the stage earlier this year with an extremist sheriff at an anti-lockdown rally, highlighting the often cozy relationship across America between law enforcement and violent right-wing paramilitary groups.

William Null, 38, was among seven men arrested this week in Michigan on state charges of material support for terrorist acts and possessing firearms in the commission of a felony. Prosecutors allege Null is a member of a far-right militia group called the “Wolverine Watchmen” that had teamed up with another militia contingent in a plot to, among other things, kidnap Gov. Political, anti-Semitic flyers placed on cars and in mailboxes Thursday throughout Harrison Township in Gloucester County, NJ were under investigation by police.

The flyers were from a group calling themselves the Mullica Hill Millitia and a post on the Facebook group, Mullica Hill Living, had a picture of one. The flyer in the picture had swastika drawn on it along with “Vote Trump,” We got your back!,” and a phone number. Nevada health officials are ordering nursing homes to stop using two rapid antigen coronavirus tests due to inaccuracies in the results.

In a directive last week, the state’s Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) cited the Quidel Sofia II and the Becton Dickinson (BD) Veritor Plus.
