EAGLE PASS, Texas — On Monday, Mission Border Hope re-opened its doors to migrants released by Border Patrol. Late last week, the shelter declined intakes after Governor Greg Abbott signed an executive order prohibiting the ground transportation of released migrants on Texas highways.

The shelter closed last week, increasing the backlog of detainees held by Border Patrol. The shelter staff spent Monday loading migrants onto vans and commercial buses bound for San Antonio. Continue reading “West Texas Migrant Shelter Re-Opens Despite Executive Order from Governor”

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reversed course on its masking guidance last week — and the move has important implications for retailers and other businesses. Some restaurants, for example, are already telling customers, as the delta variant spreads, “No vax, no service.”

The CDC now recommends that people, regardless of vaccination status, wear a mask indoors in areas where there’s “substantial and high transmission” of COVID-19, as well as in K-12 schools. In May, the agency relaxed face mask guidance, saying it was no longer necessary for fully vaccinated individuals to wear one indoors. The new $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill contains billions of dollars to upgrade border crossings — but no money at all for the southern border wall, which President Joe Biden abandoned, despite an ongoing surge of illegal migration.

In April, Elon Musk’s neurotech startup Neuralink proudly demonstrated an experiment of a macaque monkey with two “Link” devices implanted in his brain playing a video game—solely with his mind. The next step, Musk said, would be testing the device in humans. While that timeline is up in the air, some of Neuralink’s quiet competitors are already making rapid progress.

Synchron, a New York startup that makes a brain-computer interface, or BCI, similar to Neuralink’s, said Wednesday it had received the FDA’s permission to test its brain device in human patients in what’s known as an early feasibility study. There has been a revolt against mRNA injections and we are near the point of victory. Israel has vaccinated a higher percentage of their people than any other nation even though the Palestinians are refusing to be vaxxed.  Israel is not giving their Jewish population blank vaccines. They have had lots of young men experience myocarditis soon after being vaxxed by Pfizer. Israel will be the first nation in the world to give their people the third Pfizer injection. They will begin vaxxing everyone 60 and over. It seems that the human body stops producing those dangerous spike protein after 6 months which is about how long the “alleged protection against covid” lasts.
