DALLAS (AP) — A Dallas police officer was arrested Thursday on two counts of capital murder, more than a year and a half after a man told investigators that he kidnapped and killed two people at the officer’s instruction in 2017, authorities said.

Bryan Riser, a 13-year veteran of the force, was arrested Thursday morning and taken to the Dallas County Jail for processing, according to a statement from the police department. A lawyer for him couldn’t immediately be identified. Continue reading “Dallas police officer charged with arranging two killings”

Not only is a Corporate America illegal as hell, but it’s now bankrupt, so my question is, how in the hell can anybody expect Americans to show any kind of respect to a commie run corrupt Senate?

When corporations go into bankruptcy they don’t hire thousands of new police to protect their personal homes from a disgusted public, but apparently they do now, as Biden cries about more police to protect his gang of thieves in Washington DC  Continue reading “A Bankrupt Corporation Of These United States”

WASHINGTON — A new strain of the coronavirus, known as B.1.526, is proliferating vigorously across New York City, after having originated in February in a part of upper Manhattan known as Washington Heights.

“I am concerned about its immune escape,” Dr. Eric Topol told Yahoo News, a reference to the strain’s heightened ability to evade the body’s antiviral armaments, including a vaccine. Vaccines remain broadly effective against the coronavirus, including B.1.526, but the emergence of new varieties will require constant vigilance from virologists. State Sen. Tom Kading, a Republican, has introduced legislation in North Dakota that would instruct the attorney general to review the constitutionality of each and every executive order signed by Joe Biden.

Since Biden is not a real president anyway, none of his EOs are valid right out of the gate. North Dakota is taking a slightly different approach, though, challenging Biden’s EOs on constitutional grounds since they far exceed the jurisdiction of the executive branch. Continue reading “North Dakota taking steps to nullify ALL of Joe Biden’s unconstitutional laws and executive orders”

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — With Democrats controlling the presidency and Congress, Republican state lawmakers concerned about the possibility of new federal gun control laws aren’t waiting to react.

Legislation in at least a dozen states seeks to nullify any new restrictions, such as ammunition limits or a ban on certain types of weapons. Some bills would make it a crime for local police officers to enforce federal gun laws. Continue reading “GOP state lawmakers seek to nullify federal gun limits”

Foreign nationals gathered at the United States-Mexico border this week to demand President Joe Biden’s administration release them into the interior of the country, as they have done with thousands of other border crossers.

During his first week “in office,” Hunter’s dad, also known as Joe Biden, issued multiple executive orders that effectively hand over control of America’s energy grid to communist China.

EO 13990, which purports to be about “climate change,” contains questionably anomalous verbiage that suspends a key security measure put in place by President Donald Trump last May. For the next 90 days, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) will have full access to the United States power grid. Continue reading “Communist China now controls America’s energy grid, thanks to Biden”

Is the quality of life in America getting better, or is it getting worse?  Americans certainly have a lot more “money” than they did when I was a kid, but that doesn’t mean much because the U.S. dollar has only a fraction of the value that it did back then.  And without a doubt our electronic devices have become much more advanced, but that doesn’t mean that we are happier.  In fact, everywhere I look people seem to be deeply unhappy.  It is rare to see someone actually smiling in public, but of course there is a good reason for that.  If you smile too much, someone might accuse you of being creepy.  As Americans, we are being trained to not express emotions and to keep to ourselves.  Being friendly is considered to be “suspicious”, if you tell a joke there is a very good chance that you will deeply offend someone, and if you express strong opinions you might just get “canceled”. Houston, TX — A tragedy has unfolded in Houston after police involved in the pursuit of a suspect opened fire on that suspect and shot a one-year-old baby in the head in the process. The baby and the mother were not involved with the suspect and were merely in the wrong place at the wrong time.

The Guardian accidentally confirmed the suspicions of a whole lot of conspiracy theorists with an article suggesting a “global lockdown every two years” was needed to meet Paris climate goals. The title was quickly changed.

If carbon dioxide emissions don’t drop by the equivalent of a worldwide lockdown “roughly every two years” for the next decade, the earth will heat to apocalyptic levels, a team of researchers at the University of East Anglia warned in a Nature article published Wednesday.
