I have no doubt that MK Ultra is legitimate, and that it’s possible Kathy was a victim. I did a bit of searching about Mark and Kathy and came across a video of 3 sisters that were pointing out discrpancies documented by their other sister who now lives with Mark Phillips and Kathy Obrien, who they say has been brainwashed by this Mark fellow. I would think that Kathy herself would come forward as the other victims of the Clinton cartel have, especially during the time HC may end up being the president.
