The driver of a Cybertruck that was detonated on Tuesday in front of the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas, Matthew Livelsberger, reportedly shot and killed himself in the vehicle. Livelsberger, an active duty Green Beret, special operations soldier on leave at the time of the explosion, was unable to be removed from the vehicle by rescue teams due to how badly his body was burned. Democrat run cities have been spreading a fallacy – That crime rates have been going down and that their policies have been effective.  This fallacy is supported by FBI crime rate data, but what Democrat don’t say is that this data has been incomplete since 2020.

At the onset of the covid pandemic the FBI started an overhaul of it’s crime data collection system.  This change meant that numerous cities across the US were not required to provide full crime stats to the agency for years.  New York and LA sharply under-reported crime data from 2020 through 2023.  In fact, the FBI is only supposed to begin collecting that data in totality from all US cities in 2025. The suspect in the Cybertruck explosion attack by a Trump hotel in Las Vegas has been identified as 37-year-old Matthew Livelsberger. Authorities found that he and Shamsud-Din Jabbar, who carried out the terror attack in New Orleans, served at the same military base. Livelsberger took his own life when he exploded the truck, which contained the explosion well enough that only 7 others were injured. Jabbar killed 15 people with many more being transported to area hospitals with life-threatening injuries. The death toll from that attack could continue to rise. Jabbar was killed by police on the scene.
