High school students in Pennsylvania’s Northern Lebanon School District report that they are not allowed to walk through their schools’ hallways unless they smile; if they refuse they are sent for mandatory counselling.
The students who report that they were ordered to smile or face consequences also say that the same administrators failed to follow up on their complaints about in-school and online bullying by fellow students. In a bid to combat online revenge porn, Facebook is now asking any worried users to send naked pictures of themselves to the social network to prevent them being shared publicly elsewhere on the company’s various platforms.
The measure would constitute a huge leap of faith by users to trust Facebook with their most intimate information. Speaking to reporters Tuesday, President Trump said that preparations continue for the summit with Kim Jong-un, but that there is a “very substantial chance” the talks will be postponed from June 12. Trump suggested Chinese President Xi Jinping was to blame.

Syrian Deputy Foreign Minister Faisal Mekdad said on Wednesday that the withdrawal of Iranian forces from Syria was “not up for discussion”, Lebanon’s al-Mayadeen TV reported.

Dozens of undocumented immigrants were found packed in a trailer along a Texas highway near the Mexico border late Tuesday, according to authorities.
State police stopped the truck near the border town of Raymondville at around 10 p.m., officials said.

NEW YORK CITY (FOX5NY) – With the summer travel season fast approaching, gas prices are on the rise but some people are getting sticker shock in Manhattan.
Regular gas has hit $5 a gallon at at least one station. A Mobil station on 11th Ave. in Hell’s Kitchen has raised its prices to $4.999 a gallon.
