There has always been some suspicion that pharmaceutical companies would rather keep people sick and on drugs than cure them in one shot and lose the ability to create return customers.

Although the massive motive here is easy to see, with the industry bringing in over $453 billion in the United States alone in 2017, many people have a hard time considering that these companies don’t have their customers’ best interest at heart.   Continue reading “Goldman Sachs Report Warns Pharma Companies That Curing Disease Is Bad For Business”

Should a deadly pandemic comparable to the 1918 influenza outbreak reach the US in the relatively near future, the US government would be powerless to stop it. And in all likelihood, hundreds of thousands – if not, millions – of Americans will die. That’s the message from a Washington Post interview with Microsoft founder Bill Gates, which touched on many of the same subjects from a talk he gave Friday before the Massachusetts Medical Society.   Continue reading “Bill Gates Warns “Millions Could Die” If US Doesn’t Prepare For Coming Pandemic”

In a contributed post by Bill Harris found on Recode.net, the former CEO of Intuit said Bitcoin is the greatest scam in history and warned people not to fall for it. It’s a colossal “pump and dump” scheme, says Harris.

I’m tired of saying, “Be careful, it’s speculative.” Then, “Be careful, it’s gambling.” Then, “Be careful, it’s a bubble.” Okay, I’ll say it: Bitcoin is a scam.

As more details emerge in the case of the elite Hollywood sex cult NXIVM, it seems that the story goes even deeper than was first reported. There is growing evidence that this alleged self-help group was just a front for a human trafficking ring. It has also been revealed that this group has close ties with high-power ruling class families, including the Rothschilds, Clintons, and Bronfmans.   Continue reading “Media Silent as Allison Mack’s Arrest Exposes Child Trafficking For Billionaire-Backed Sex Slave Ring”

It’s been said that when the U.S. sneezes the rest of the world catches a cold.  Inflation by overall annual average has been below target for some years now, since 2012 to be exact. The Fed usually seeks a 2% inflation as a comfort zone.

Granted, it’s only one data point but with unemployment currently low and some signs that economic growth is accelerating, the suggestion exists that overheating/inflation is a risk for the U.S. economy in a way that hasn’t existed for about ten years.   Continue reading “Everything You Need to Know About Inflation”

Well, this is an interesting development.  Lawyers working for 9/11 families have filed a petition to open a Grand Jury inquiry into 9/11.

The summary and supporting evidence are really quite strong, at least arguing very successfully that an inquiry is at least justified:   Continue reading “Lawyers File For Grand Jury Investigation Into 9/11”

The federal government paid a “bed rate” of $127.82 per day to house each illegal alien detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement in fiscal 2016, according to ICE data published in a new report by the Government Accountability Office.

Even if you do not count the extra day in that leap year, that works out to $46,654.30 for each detention bed occupied by an illegal alien for 365 days.   Continue reading “$46,654: Annual Cost of Detaining Illegal Alien Exceeds Average American Income”

A rising number of questions surround the rather mysterious deaths of now two Broward County sheriff’s deputies in the weeks following the Valentine’s Day mass murder at the Marjory Stoneman Douglass High School in Parkland, Fla.

As noted by the Fellowship of the Minds blog, the first deputy, Jason Fitzsimmons, was found dead around April 1 after calling in sick to work. The Nevada Supreme Court on Friday ruled that the Metropolitan Police Department must begin releasing body camera footage and 911 call audio from the Las Vegas mass shooting.

“The speed with which the Supreme Court made this decision reflects the complete absence of merit in the Metropolitan Police Department’s arguments,” Review-Journal Executive Editor Glenn Cook said Friday.   Continue reading “Court orders release of audio, video from Las Vegas shooting”

Salem Media, owner of the influential conservative outlet RedState, froze the site on Friday and dismissed many of its writers.

Bloggers were locked out of their accounts — some just temporarily, while the cuts were made, and others permanently.

Erick Erickson, the site’s longtime editor who left in 2015, tweeted about what he called the “mass firing” on Friday morning.   Continue reading “‘Mass firing’ at conservative site RedState”
