Before It’s News – by Mort Amsel

A major bribery scandal involving an Asian military contractor has led to four arrests, including two top U.S. Navy officers – one of whom was adopted out of Cambodia as a child and who returned to the country nearly four decades later commanding a Navy destroyer.

In addition, a Navy captain was released from the command of his ship in Japan as a result of the investigation, The Washington Post reports. The Navy officers arrested were Cmdr. Michael Misiewicz, a Naval Academy graduate, and John Beliveau II, the supervisory agent in charge of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) in Quantico, Va.   Continue reading “2 More Naval Officers Get Purged By Obama”

The viral photo below shows Mt. Rushmore on the first day that it reopened after the US government shutdown courtesy of Tea Party Command Center. The photograph IS NOT photoshopped according to the person who had taken it. Is this another sign of the ‘end of America’? Our founding fathers wouldn’t possibly be happy about what has happened to America.    Continue reading “Viral Photo: Mt. Rushmore Is Crying”

What to do if the dollar does collapse…

This week’s vote did one thing for those of us that are preparing —and that is it bought us more time.   More time to prepare, save up, learn some skills, buy a little more ammo, etc.   This entire debate on the budget and looming default issue will rear its ugly head in only a matter of months from now…Congress is great at kicking the can down the street!

An annual budget deficit of over $1 trillion, annual trade deficit in the neighborhood of $728 billion, an official national debt of $16.7 trillion, and unfunded liabilities of $123 trillion.   Continue reading “The Poor Man’s Urban Survival Strategies”

There is a new book out you might want to read: “Rich Food, Poor Food” by Mira and Jason Calton. They list what they consider and proclaim to be the “Banned Bad Boys”, their slang for ingredients commonly used in up to 80% of all American pre-packaged convenience foods which have been banned by other countries.

I have been admonishing my clients to shop on the outside aisles of a grocery store where the fresh and real foods are found. Most of prepackaged foods, junk food as I call them, are more conveniently located in stores and are full of preservatives, dangerous chemicals, hydrogenated fats, fake fat, fake sugars, and brominated chemicals.   Continue reading “Banned substances – What is wrong with pre-packaged food?”

Laura Trickle doesn’t want to interrupt her son’s breastfeeding.

Jackson County Presiding Judge Marco Roldan wants her to fulfill her civic obligation and serve jury duty.

Trickle says she’s no criminal — “I’ve never even had a speeding ticket” — but those who skip jury duty can be found in contempt of court, ordered to pay a fine of up to $500 and maybe even be arrested.   Continue reading “Breastfeeding mom faces penalties for bringing child to jury duty without child care”

Bill de Blasio, the Democrat nominee for mayor of New York City, leads his Republican rival, Joseph J. Lhota, by more than 40 points, so he is virtually certain to be the next mayor. Now, 12 years after Sept. 11, when New Yorkers were literally throwing themselves out of a building attacked by jihadists, a terror-supporting Marxist is a shoo-in for Gracie Mansion.

It seems as if New York is a victim of Giuliani’s great success in preventing the continual pursuit of the jihad against the most desirable target of the Muslim world, New York City. Giuliani’s policies were followed, in a rare example of good sense, by his successor, Michael Bloomberg, in his unwavering support of Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly. De Blasio is living off the successes of Republican terror policies.   Continue reading “Bill de Blasio Spells Disaster for New York”

In his weekly radio appearance on WOR-AM, Bloomberg said housing is scarce because ‘as fast as we build, more people want to live here.’

The city’s lack of affordable housing actually is a “good sign” of a vibrant economy, Mayor Bloomberg said Friday in remarks that touched off fresh criticism that he is out of touch.   Continue reading “Mayor Bloomberg says New York City’s lack of affordable housing is a ‘good sign’ of a vibrant economy because ‘more people want to live here’”

SAN DIEGO (CNS) – A suspect in the carjacking of a sedan who led the California Highway Patrol (CHP) on a high-speed chase from Riverside County to Otay Mesa was shot and killed by Customs officers at the border station there Saturday.

“The CHP terminated their pursuit of the vehicle which continued to the border where the vehicle stopped, then started to back up before going forward again,” San Diego Police Lt. Why filing falsified CPS reports is “legal” (not really, it’s just never investigated)

CPS will tell you they must protect the “integrity” of anonymous reporting, even if the report is falsified. They claim that in many cases, they don’t even know who made the report (untrue, because every telephone number is recorded in the file).

If I call to report witnessing a murder and I refuse to give my name or refuse to testify, there is no evidence of who committed the crime. An arrest cannot be made unless I testify as to who I saw commit the crime. With CPS, an investigation is done with no witnesses and no evidence to support an investigation, but the investigation is done anyway.   Continue reading “CPS Imposes Tremendous Stress Upon Children and Parents by Acting on Anonymous, Falsified Reports”

OKUMA, JAPAN - In this handout image provided by Tokyo Electric Power Co, leaked radioactive water remains near the tank at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant on August 19, 2013 in Okuma, Fukushima, Japan. As if another nuclear bomb has been dropped on Japan and the rest of the world, the MOX nuclear facility threatens the health of all living things.

JAPAN, FUKUSHIMA PREFECTURE (INTELLIHUB) — Thursday, a plant storage tank’s radiation readings spiked 6500 times above Wednesday’s mandatory daily reading after a typhoon struck the island inducing a shit-storm of deadly toxins onto the world’s populace by force. Thursday a major amount of toxic water  was released into the Pacific Ocean 2–1/2 years after the initial disaster as the government can’t decide to whether close the plant fast enough. But with profits on the line, closure is likely not an option on the table at this time.   Continue reading “Massive Radiation Spike at Fukushima From Typhoon Damage”

It’s apple season!  This is without a doubt one of my favorite times of the year. I love it when the house is fragrant with apples and cinnamon.  A visit to a you-pick orchard or farm stand is a great way to spend a fall afternoon if you don’t happen to have an apple tree in your backyard.  (You can find a local orchard or market HERE.)

Apple trivia: Apples are a member of the rose family. They have been cultivated throughout Europe since the Stone Age.  Many refer to the forbidden fruit in Garden of Eden in the Bible as an apple, and the fruit has figured into legends and folklore for centuries.  Some examples are: the fall of Troy, the marriage of Atlanta, Celtic mythology, the story of William Tell, and the story of Johnny Appleseed.  There are 7500 recognized varieties of apples and the average American consumes 45 pounds of apples per year.   Continue reading “This Week’s Harvest: Apples”

[It’s all coming out in the wash. The pedophile issue is a cornerstone of satanic illuminist practices, amongst their many anti-human, blood lusting behaviors. The UK press and police have been complicit in covering up the depths and political heights that this horrific corruption goes but it’s leaking out all over now despite that.

The fact is, monsters lurk in the high places of power. But those who’ve been threatened and intimidated about speaking up are now bravely coming to the fore. May there be many more. – Zen]   Continue reading “Ex-Child Protection Officer Told By Police Gunman to Ignore Paedophiles”

Even as the debate intensifies over the scope of drone warfare and surveillance, significant upgrades continue and the drone industry booms. Recently we have seen the Navy successfully test autonomous drone takeoffs and landings at sea, while Boeing has begun to retrofit its decommissioned F-16s into pilotless fighter jets.

This trend toward a future of autonomous fleets of large-scale war fighters is developing in tandem with the trend toward miniaturization and the mimicking of nature itself to hide drone tech in plain sight.   Continue reading “Solar Drones To Stay Aloft For Years At A Time”
