While most of the nation was focused on the conclusion of the George Zimmerman trial, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holdermet with President Obama on Friday to report on the outcome of his investigation of Eric Holder.

Obama said in May that Holder would launch the review amid criticism of the Justice Department’s seizure of records belonging to The Associated Press and Fox News, as well as the labeling of Fox News reporter James Rosen as a criminal “co-conspirator,” a ruse used to seize his personal emails, according to The Hill.   Continue reading “Obama accepts Holder’s investigation of Holder”

In what has become a controversial story as time goes on, due to the increasing research into RFID technology, it still remains a little unclear as to exactly why Mythbusters was not able to do a show discussing RFID technology. As Adam Savage, co-host of Mythbusters, stated himself  ”We were going to do RFID and on several levels, you know, how hackable, how reliable, how trackable, etc.” But this idea was met with resistance as the show’s producers began looking into the technology and speaking with companies involved in RFID use and production. Adam stated at ‘The Last Hope Conference’ that Texas Instruments and the chief legal advisor of almost all major credit card companies was completely opposed to allowing Mythbusters and Discovery do the show. As you will see in the video below, Adam feels rather taken aback out by the strength of the alleged decision from TI and others involved.   Continue reading “Busted! Israeli submarines carried out the attack on an arms depot in the Syrian port city of Latakia on July 5, according to a report published in the British Sunday Times. US media previously claimed the offensive was carried out by the Israel Air Force.

The Times cited Middle East intelligence sources as stating that the Israeli Dolphin-class submarines targeted a contingent of 50 Russian-made Yakhont P-800 anti-ship missiles that had reportedly arrived earlier this year to support Syrian President Bashar Assad’s regime.   Continue reading “Israeli submarine responsible for July attack on Syrian arms depot – report”

A world record … whap! … whap! ugh! … whap! whap! … it was not. But as pugilist bouts go … whap! whap! ugh!! … 91 rounds … wump! … bap! . .. it’s right up there.

And no gloves … whap! whap! … slap! …thank you … whap! This slug-out, in a ring south of Kansas City … whap! whap! … was back 130 years ago just about now … wump! whap! … bap! uhh!! … bare-knuckle …whap! crunch! thud! … whap! whap! … and “to the finish” … thud!

Marquess of Queensberry? Hah! This fisticuff meeting took place under London Prize Ring rules. A round only ended when a fellow was on his back from a blow or a body throw. That granted 30 seconds rest, and then he had just eight more to get back up “scratch,” the line drawn in the middle of the ring.   Continue reading “Fists of fury in a bare-knuckle world”

We posted yesterday concerning a report that Israel had attacked a Syrian port on July 5th. The U.S. had confirmed this in that article. The important take away is these were Russian missiles that were destroyed in this attack.

“US officials have revealed that explosions reported at a key Syrian port on July 5 were likely the result of an Israeli airstrike.  Three officials spoke to CNN on condition of anonymity, referring to the pre-dawn explosions in the city of Latakia as an Israeli operation which allegedly targeted Russian-madeYakhont anti-ship missiles.   Continue reading “Israel Tests Nuclear Missile While Russia Starts Largest Military Exercise in Post-Soviet Era, Update on Egypt Situation”

After writing my most recent article with regard to what typically happens when a currency collapse takes down a country’s economy, many people wrote to me asking me when it is going to happen. The short answer is that I have a hard time predicting the actions psychopaths. All of us have a hard time predicting the action of others who are so different from the mainstream of America because most of us do not think like psychopaths. However, I can  state with certainty that when the last mortgage has been stolen and the last pension has been confiscated, then it will be time to collapse the dollar.   Continue reading “The Mental Illness of Choice for CEO’s and Politicians”

A respectful, disciplined cop, who doesn’t trample the rights of individuals, is a great asset to any society. What happens, though, when police training goes from respecting the rights of citizens and morphs into utter apathy towards people? Here’s what happens: law abiding people are taken from their homes and vehicles and are detained. Officers begin to use fake evidence to conduct false arrests just to get information or money, or to fulfill their own power trip. Innocent people spend time behind bars. Glaring evidence of this is noted in the recent arrest of Miss USA Westchester beauty Queen pageant winner Kristy Abreu.   Continue reading “Cops rough up Miss USA beauty queen over police computer glitch”

Images analysed by experts at IHS Jane’s Intelligence Review has revealed a hitherto undisclosed surface-to-surface missile base deep in the Saudi desert, with capabilities for hitting both countries.

Analysts who examined the photos spotted two launch pads with markings pointing north-west towards Tel Aviv and north-east towards Tehran. They are designed for Saudi Arabia’s arsenal of lorry-launched DF 3 missiles, which have a range of 1,500-2,500 miles and can carry a two-ton payload.   Continue reading “Saudi Arabia ‘targeting Iran and Israel with ballistic missiles’”

(Times of Israel) Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is reportedly to launch a new, last-ditch effort in the next few days to persuade the United States to credibly revive the military option against Iran.

If this proves unsuccessful, Channel 2 reported, Netanyahu will have to decide whether to launch an attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities by this winter at latest, because after that, the report indicated, the assessment is that Israel’s window for military intervention will close.   Continue reading “Netanyahu To Obama: Attack Iran Or We Will”

This essay by criminologist Gary Kleck is a must read reference for anyone involved in the citizen disarmament (gun control) debate.  While it is a bit dated, as crime rates have been cut in half since it was written, 80 million more firearms have been added to the civilian American stockpile, and concealed carry permits have likely tripled or quadrupled, it is still highly informative and useful.   Continue reading “Reference:Guns and Self-Defense by Gary Kleck, Ph.D.”
