(FrontPage Mag) – The media is spinning Ahmad Tomeh’s selection (he ran unopposed) as Prime Minister. He’s being described as a dentist, a humble man and a moderate consensus figure. When his Islamism is mentioned, it’s only to describe him as one of those nice friendly “moderate” Islamists.

You need to make it impossible for the politicians and the chattering class to turn around without being told they are lying. This is about the only means left available to us to stop them from causing another Depression, stealing all of our money, getting us killed in a war and  destroying the earth.

Politicians need our consent to do anything. We live at a time when politicians and the media whores can quite literally send us all off a cliff to our destruction. Elections mean nothing because the media frames the debates and the politicians count the votes. Besides we cannot wait to do something until the next election. Last Wednesday, the great usurper, Barack Hussein Obama, after having been  indicted by an Ocala, Fla.,citizens’ grand jury, was convicted by a people’s  court of defrauding the American people and Floridians by proffering them with a  fake birth certificate. See CitizensGrandJury.com.

As readers of this column and WND know too well, Obama is not a natural-born  citizen eligible to be president of the United States, as he was not born in  this country to two American citizen parents. However, to justify his fraud and  his elections to the highest office in the land, and after years of inquiry, in  2011 the Obama White House posted on its website a birth certificate purporting  to show him having been born in Hawaii. Every day, 22 veterans take their own lives. That’s a suicide every 65 minutes. As shocking as the number is, it may actually be higher.

The figure, released by the Department of Veterans Affairs in February, is based on the agency’s own data and numbers reported by 21 states from 1999 through 2011. Those states represent about 40% of the U.S. population. “USDA Organic” is simply a marketing term those who take government ethics at face value. The goal has always been to increase agricultural sales, not promote organic farming. The public seems to confide in this label through sheer ignorance. The National Organic Program (NOP) which governs the “USDA Organic” label has no interest in organic farming, improving soil, quality of the produce, or factors that pollute the environment. In another blow to their organics program that will further downgrade consumer confidence, the USDA announced this week that the agency has changed the process for exempting otherwise prohibited substances (such as synthetics) in food that carries the “organic or “made with organic” label. LinkedIn Corp. (LNKD), owner of the world’s most popular professional-networking website, was sued by customers who claim the company appropriated their identities for marketing purposes by hacking into their external e-mail accounts and downloading contacts’ addresses.

Now that Starbucks has urged its customers to leave their guns at home, the founder of the organization Defend Louisiana, State Rep. Jeff Thompson is suggesting that conservatives take their business to coffee shops that are “friendly to gun owners and respect the Second Amendment.”

HONG KONG—Super Typhoon Usagi continued to make its way toward Hong Kong and China’s southern Guangdong province on Saturday, as it swept toward the South China Sea with strong winds and heavy rain battering parts of Taiwan and the Philippines.
