The prepping community is always full of well-meaning advice about “where” a prepper should move to increase the chances of survival during an SHTF scenario, but the information on “how” to move is hard to find.

I’m in the process of getting ready for a big move – across the continent and into another country.  I’ve been at this prepping gig for quite some time, and have relocated several times throughout, but I’ve never undertaken a venture this big.  When we relocated here to the forests of Central Ontario, I thought the 8 hour drive in the moving van was a pretty big deal.  Now, I’m putting it in perspective  against our upcoming 40+ hour drive, and it seems like a walk in the park.   Continue reading “Moving for Preppers”

Religious liberty groups have grave concerns after they learned the Pentagon is vetting its guide on religious tolerance with a group that compared Christian evangelism to “rape” and advocated that military personnel who proselytize should be court martialed.

The Military Religious Freedom Foundation is calling on the Air Force to enforce a regulation that they believe calls for the court martial of any service member caught proselytizing.   Continue reading “Pentagon: Religious Proselytizing is Not Permitted”

Lew Rockwell – by Travis Holte

Not long ago, one bread winner could support a family, put the children through college, and have enough savings left over to comfortably retire. But then a funny thing happened on the road to serfdom. Suddenly there was a “sexual revolution” and before you knew it both parents were in the workforce, both paying income tax, both struggling to survive. And in all this, their children increasingly became wards of the State. How fortuitous for the oligarchs, hellbent on world domination?   Continue reading “Your Children Belong to the State”

SHINGLETON, Mich. –  Police say an Iraq War veteran thwarted two would-be burglars at his northern Michigan gas station by kicking one of them and ordering them away with an AR-15 rifle.

State police said Shawn Schank was inside the gas station about 4:10 a.m. Sunday in Shingleton, an Upper Peninsula community in Alger County, when two people wearing ski masks forced their way into the building and approached the cash register.   Continue reading “Iraq War vet armed with rifle thwarts gas station break-in, police say”

Shocked! That’s how U.S. makers of electric buses say they feel, following a decision by the transit authority of Long Beach, Calif., to buy 10 electric buses made in China–but financed by U.S. taxpayers.

The contract, worth more than $12 million, was awarded in April by a 5-2 vote of Long Beach Transit’s board of directors.   Continue reading “California City to Buy Chinese-Made, Taxpayer-Financed Electric Buses”

With the current ammo shortages that have been plaguing the country and seem to have no end in sight, having a way to stock up on a key caliber for your preps is vital. Hindsight being 20/20 many of us now wish we would have put more of our valuable prepping budget towards stocking up on ballistic wampum. I believe I’ve found a way to still stock up on some very useful ammo while still making your valuable prepping dollars stretch just a bit farther.   Continue reading “Make Your Own Inexpensive Frangible Slugs”

The contents of this article are controversial and the potential consequences are frightening. I did not rely on only source of information to bring this information to the attention of the public. Personally known, but unnamed ex-intelligence sources, who have previously proven the veracity of their knowledge and trustworthiness were the original bearers of this information. Second, a known and highly respectable source will be cited as the second source. However, the best source of the following information is the undisputed paper trail of government documents, legislative actions and Executive Orders are the third and the most reliable source of this information.   Continue reading “America Stands Upon the Precipice of Brutal Martial Law”

Exam time can be stressful. Doesn’t it make you just want to go online and post a series of pictures of mutilated Barbie dolls with captions threatening to butcher your professors?

What?

That’s just one of the allegations against a law school student charged with second-degree harassment and breach of peace. The allegations also include racist emails and harassing professors with bogus complaints…   Continue reading “Law Student Arrested for Anti-Semitic, Racist, Threatening Comments”

Here are 10 behaviors that will identify you as homo ovis, a new mutant breed of beings devolving, who outwardly appear human but behave more and more as herd animals. They are easily frightened, unable to fend for themselves, pathologically needing to conform to the norm, in effect, becoming one of the eX-Men.   Continue reading “10 signs that you are one of the ‘sheeple’”

Tech Dirt – by Mike Masnick

We’ve talked a lot about how the Justice Department (DOJ), mainly via the FBI, has been pushing for years to change the laws in order to require tech companies to build wiretapping backdoors into any and every form of communication online. As we’ve explained over and over again, this is a really silly proposal, that won’t make us any safer. Instead, it’s likely to make us a lot less secure, because those backdoors will be abused, not just by law enforcement, but by those with malicious intent who will work hard to find the backdoors and make use of them.    Continue reading “DOJ Wants To Be Able To Fine Tech Companies Who Don’t Let It Wiretap Your Communications”
