   Stir up hate. Stir up confusion. Be sure to remove any semblance of decency and replace it with gross and dehumanizing displays of cruelty and barbarism. Leave no room for common sense; it will lead to an impassioned focus on solution and consequently interfere with the main objective of control. Insanity serves that objective. Be bad. Be really, really bad.
